    Abstract: The present invention provides a titanium-niobium composite oxide, which includes titanium, niobium, dopant M and oxygen, and the molar ratio of the titanium, niobium and dopant M is 1:(2?x):x, and x is 0.01 to 0.2; wherein the dopant M is doped in a crystal structure with a monoclinic crystal structure formed from the titanium, niobium and oxygen, and the dopant M is at least one metal element selected from the group consisting of Sn, Al and Zr. The present invention further provides a preparation method of the titanium-niobium composite oxide, an active material and a lithium ion secondary battery using the same. The titanium-niobium composite oxide produced by the present invention has better electrical performance than the existing negative electrode materials, so that the lithium ion secondary battery using it can exhibit longer cycle life, larger electric capacity and faster charging and discharging performance, thereby having a bright prospect of the application.

    Abstract: A novel photodiode structure, a preparation method and a circuit structure are provided. The novel photodiode structure includes a substrate having a first doping type, a functional doping area having a second doping type, a surface doping area having the first doping type, and an auxiliary doping area having the second doping type. By forming a non-uniformly doped functional doping area, the present disclosure forms a self-built potential difference in the functional doping area and drives the moving direction of the photogenerated carriers. The photogenerated carriers may be accelerated by the potential difference, so that the collected carriers will directly enter the subsequent circuit through the transport gate. In addition, the loop shape of the auxiliary doping area can increase the area of receiving charges, in a result, the auxiliary doping area can receive the transported carriers faster, thereby further enhancing the transport efficiency of the photogenerated carriers.

    Abstract: A dispersant for premixed fluidized solidified soil includes the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5 parts to 15 parts of an anti-adhesion water reducer, 0.5 parts to 0.8 parts of a stabilizer, and 85 parts to 95 parts of water. The anti-adhesion water reducer is compounded by an inorganic dispersant and an aminosulfonic acid-based superplasticizer (ASP), and the inorganic dispersant is at least one selected from the group consisting of sodium silicate, sodium hexametaphosphate, and sodium pyrophosphate. In the present disclosure, on the premise of improving fluidity of mucky cohesive soil slurry, a strength of the fluidized solidified soil at each stage is adjusted through a water-reducing effect of the anti-adhesion water reducer. Moreover, rapid dispersion of the mucky cohesive soil slurry is realized, thus providing key technical support for preparation of the premixed fluidized solidified soil from undisturbed soil in non-dry conditions.
