Abstract: Disclosed are a wafer loading bracket, a wafer loading system and a wafer mounting method. The wafer loading bracket, which can lift, and a polishing head including a plurality of pressure medium cavities are used. In a wafer loading process, arc-shaped deformation occurs, under pressure, on an attachment film of the polishing head; a wafer on a wafer-bearing base of the wafer loading bracket is lifted to a loading position, and comes into contact with the attachment film, a pressure medium cavity which is in contact with the attachment film is vacuumized; and the wafer and the attachment film, under vacuum conditions, are attached to the polishing head, and the wafer is transferred to the polishing head to complete loading.

Abstract: Embodiments described herein generally relate to cartridges suitable for performing electrophoretic separation of analytes. Cartridges described herein are particularly well suited for reuse. Cartridges described herein can include a reservoir disposed between a capillary and a container containing a run buffer. The reservoir can inhibit run buffer from intruding into the capillary, thereby allowing repeated electrophoretic separations to be more consistent, more accurate, and/or more reliable.

Abstract: In an anti-fuse programming control circuit based on a master-slave charge pump structure, a master charge pump module obtains an external voltage and is connected to a plurality of slave charge pump modules. Each slave charge pump module is connected to an anti-fuse bank. The distance between the layout position of each slave charge pump module and the layout position of the connected anti-fuse bank does not exceed a predetermined distance. Based on a programming voltage output by each slave charge pump module to the connected anti-fuse bank, the feedback network outputs a feedback signal corresponding to the slave charge pump module to the master charge pump module. Based on the feedback signal corresponding to each slave charge pump module, the master charge pump module adjusts a master drive signal provided to the slave charge pump module to stabilize the programming voltage output by the slave charge pump module.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for using a director service as an intermediary management system to integrate interactive elements between a developer, a user, a generative machine learning (ML) model, and/or an interactive environment. In examples, the director service may receive input from a user or developer device relating to an interactive element from an interactive environment. The director service may process input from one or more of the developer, the user, and the interactive environment to recognize semantic context and intent objectives associated with the input. The director service may generate one or more prompts based on such input, which is processed by an ML model to generate output. In examples, the prompts may be provided to the ML model to direct it towards providing an output that is responsive to the input and one or more environment guidelines. The input and/or output may be multimodal.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide a role information method, a device, a storage medium, and a program product. The method includes: collecting a video picture, performing portrait recognition on the video picture, and obtaining portrait information of a user; acquiring an effect prop corresponding to a target role selected by the user and obtaining a first role picture of the user by loading an effect onto the portrait information according to the effect prop, and transmitting the first role picture to a server; and pulling at least one second role picture transmitted by another user from the server, synthesizing the second role picture and the first role picture, and pushing a synthesized picture to a display interface for displaying. The embodiment can provide more abundant information for the user, such that pleasure of a game can be enhanced, and user experience can be improved.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an isolated Cas13 protein and use thereof. The amino acid sequence of the isolated Cas13 protein comprises a sequence having ?50% sequence identity with the sequence as shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 1-SEQ ID NO: 7, and SEQ ID NO: 60. The Cas13 protein is a Cas13 enzyme with an endonuclease activity, which can be used in a CRISPR/Cas system to achieve targeting and modification of a target nucleic acid, enriching the enzymes and systems available in a CRISPR-C as editing system.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a multi-window display method, a first electronic device, and a second electronic device. The method is applied to the first electronic device and the second electronic device that communicate with each other. When a plurality of applications run on a mobile phone, a plurality of windows of the mobile phone can be displayed on a PC, and each window is correspondingly used to display a different application. A user can perform an operation on each mobile phone application by using a window that corresponds to the mobile phone application and that is displayed on the PC. In addition, the operation performed by the user on the mobile phone application on the PC does not affect use of another function of the user on the mobile phone. This improves office efficiency such as file sharing, and improves user experience.

Abstract: Anion exchange membrane and methods of making and using the same. In one embodiment, the anion exchange membrane may be made by a method that includes a two-step polymerization. In the first step, an ?-olefin monomer containing a pendant halide, such as 8-bromo-1-octene, may be polymerized by Ziegler-Natta polymerization to form a first polymer portion, the first polymer portion being a homopolymer. In the second step, the polymerization is charged with a non-functionalized ?-olefin monomer, such as ethylene, thereby forming a second polymer portion, the second polymer being a copolymer made up predominantly of the non-functionalized olefin monomer. If desired, a small amount of an ?-olefin monomer containing a crosslinking functionality may be included in the first and/or second steps. Following the two-step polymerization, the polymer is fabricated into a thin film. Thereafter, the thin film may be functionalized by replacing the pendant halides with pendant cations.

Abstract: Embodiments include systems, apparatuses, and methods to efficiently separate analytes in a sample and elute fractions of the separated analytes. In some embodiments, a method includes introducing a sample in a capillary with a first end ionically coupled to a first running buffer and a second end ionically coupled to a second running buffer to form a pH gradient. The method includes applying a voltage between the first running buffer and the second running buffer, to separate a plurality of analytes in the sample. The method includes disposing the second end of the capillary in a collection well including a chemical mobilizer and applying a voltage to elute one or more analytes from the plurality of analytes in the sample, that have been separated, into the collection well. Embodiments include detection methods to monitor separation of analytes, mobilization of analytes, and/or elution of fractions containing analytes.

Abstract: Some embodiments described herein relate to capillary-containing cartridges suitable for use with capillary electrophoresis instruments. Embodiments described herein generally relate to cartridges that include a transfer capillary coupled to a separation capillary. The transfer capillary can be configured to be disposed in sample reservoirs and/or buffer reservoirs. Suction applied through a sheath interface of the transfer capillary and the separation capillary can draw sample/buffer from such reservoirs and bring the sample/buffer into contact with the separation capillary. The separation capillary can be configured for separation of analytes contained within the sample, for example when an electric potential (i.e., voltage) is applied across the separation capillary.
