    Abstract: Disclosed are a wafer loading bracket, a wafer loading system and a wafer mounting method. The wafer loading bracket, which can lift, and a polishing head including a plurality of pressure medium cavities are used. In a wafer loading process, arc-shaped deformation occurs, under pressure, on an attachment film of the polishing head; a wafer on a wafer-bearing base of the wafer loading bracket is lifted to a loading position, and comes into contact with the attachment film, a pressure medium cavity which is in contact with the attachment film is vacuumized; and the wafer and the attachment film, under vacuum conditions, are attached to the polishing head, and the wafer is transferred to the polishing head to complete loading.

    Abstract: In an anti-fuse programming control circuit based on a master-slave charge pump structure, a master charge pump module obtains an external voltage and is connected to a plurality of slave charge pump modules. Each slave charge pump module is connected to an anti-fuse bank. The distance between the layout position of each slave charge pump module and the layout position of the connected anti-fuse bank does not exceed a predetermined distance. Based on a programming voltage output by each slave charge pump module to the connected anti-fuse bank, the feedback network outputs a feedback signal corresponding to the slave charge pump module to the master charge pump module. Based on the feedback signal corresponding to each slave charge pump module, the master charge pump module adjusts a master drive signal provided to the slave charge pump module to stabilize the programming voltage output by the slave charge pump module.

A user can perform an operation on each mobile phone application by using a window that corresponds to the mobile phone application and that is displayed on the PC. In addition, the operation performed by the user on the mobile phone application on the PC does not affect use of another function of the user on the mobile phone. This improves office efficiency such as file sharing, and improves user experience.

    Abstract: Anion exchange membrane and methods of making and using the same. In one embodiment, the anion exchange membrane may be made by a method that includes a two-step polymerization. In the first step, an ?-olefin monomer containing a pendant halide, such as 8-bromo-1-octene, may be polymerized by Ziegler-Natta polymerization to form a first polymer portion, the first polymer portion being a homopolymer. In the second step, the polymerization is charged with a non-functionalized ?-olefin monomer, such as ethylene, thereby forming a second polymer portion, the second polymer being a copolymer made up predominantly of the non-functionalized olefin monomer. If desired, a small amount of an ?-olefin monomer containing a crosslinking functionality may be included in the first and/or second steps. Following the two-step polymerization, the polymer is fabricated into a thin film. Thereafter, the thin film may be functionalized by replacing the pendant halides with pendant cations.
