    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for preparing a silicon nitride ceramic material. The method including: (1) with at least one of silicon powder and silicon nitride powder as original powder and Y2O3 powder and MgO powder as sintering aids, the original powder and the sintering aids are mixed in a protective atmosphere, and the mixture is formed into a green body; (2) the resulting green body is put into a reducing atmosphere and pretreated at 500° C. to 800° C. to obtain a biscuit; and the reducing atmosphere is a hydrogen/nitrogen mixed atmosphere with a hydrogen content not higher than 5%; (3) the resulting biscuit is put into a nitrogen atmosphere and subjected to low-temperature heat treatment at 1600° C. to 1800° C. and high-temperature heat treatment at 1800° C. to 2000° C. in sequence.

    Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for improved point querying of a database. The index values are separated from data and retained in cache memory to allow access without requiring a disk input/output (I/O) operation and thereby having less latency resulting from such disk I/O operations. The index values can be compressed using an algorithm such as Crit-Bit-Trie to allow storage of the index values in limited cache memory space. The index values can be selected for storage according to a least recently used approach when cache memory is insufficient to store all index values to maintain a hit rate for the cached portion and reduce the disk I/O operations.

The structure of the copper plate-covered silicon nitride ceramic substrate includes a silicon nitride ceramic substrate, copper sheets disposed on the upper and lower sides of the silicon nitride ceramic substrate and soldering layers disposed between the copper sheets and the silicon nitride ceramic substrate; the composition of the silicon nitride ceramic substrate comprises a silicon nitride phase (more than or equal to 95 wt %); and a grain boundary phase (containing at least three elements (Y, Mg and O) and less than or equal to 5 wt %, and the content of a crystalline phase in the grain boundary phase is more than or equal to 40 vol %); and the sintering aids are Y2O3 and MgO. The two-step sintering process comprises: in a nitrogen atmosphere, performing low-temperature heat treatment and high-temperature heat treatment in sequence.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a batch sintering method for a high-property silicon nitride ceramic substrate. The batch sintering method includes: (1) silicon nitride ceramic substrate green bodies are stacked and put into a boron nitride crucible, and a layer of boron nitride powder is applied between adjacent silicon nitride ceramic substrate green bodies; (2) after step-by-step vacuumization, debinding is performed in a nitrogen atmosphere or a reducing atmosphere at 500° C. to 900° C.; (3) gas pressure sintering is then performed in a nitrogen atmosphere at 1800° C. to 2000° C., completing the batch preparation of the high-property silicon nitride ceramic substrate.

The method includes the following: determining a type and a time series of gas to be predicted related to a failure, processing an original series by adopting empirical mode decomposition (EMD) and local mean decomposition (LMD) for a non-stationarity characteristic of a dissolved gas concentration series in oil; performing normalization on each sub-series component, dividing a training sample and a test sample; and establishing a deep belief network (DBN) prediction model for each of the sub-series components for training, performing superposition and reconstruction on the established DBN prediction model to perform characteristic extraction and classification on multi-dimensional data of the failure, evaluating prediction performance of the prediction model through calculating an error index.

Ni(OH)2 is mixed with SBA-15/G composite support by simple mechanical mixing method. Then, Ni/SBA-15/G supported catalyst is prepared by calcination in ammonia atmosphere. The ammonia decomposition activity of prepared materials at low-temperature is higher than that of most current Ni-based catalysts, and the method has the advantages of simple preparation process and low cost, and exhibits high catalytic activity and stability in the ammonia decomposition reaction.

    Abstract: A sensing device with a sealing structure for measuring fluid characteristics by a photoelectric method is disclosed. The sensing device includes an electrode head having an outer side which contacts a fluid to be measured and one or more windows arranged in respective window openings which extend between an inner and an outer face of a wall of the electrode head. At least two sealing structures seal the one or more windows and the respective window openings. A first of the at least two sealing structures is bonded, welded, or provides an interference fit. The sensing device can be used to seal the product in high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive environment, so that the product has high air tightness and is stable and reliable for a long time. In addition, the sealing structure of the product is easy to clean.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides a method for growing a gallium oxide single crystal by casting and a semiconductor device containing the gallium oxide single crystal. The method includes: 1) heating a solid gallium oxide to complete melting, cooling to a melting point of the gallium oxide, and maintaining a melt state for at least 30 min; and 2) conducting gradient cooling on a gallium oxide melt obtained in step 1) until a solid gallium oxide single crystal is obtained. The gradient cooling is to cool the gallium oxide melt obtained in step 1) to a first temperature according to a first gradient, and then continue cooling to a room temperature according to a second gradient to obtain the gallium oxide single crystal. In step 1), since the solid gallium oxide is heated to the first temperature, oxygen with a volume fraction of at least 2% is present in a growth atmosphere.
