    Abstract: A method and a system for predicting a gas content in transformer oil based on a joint model are provided and belong a field of transformer failure prediction. The method includes the following: determining a type and a time series of gas to be predicted related to a failure, processing an original series by adopting empirical mode decomposition (EMD) and local mean decomposition (LMD) for a non-stationarity characteristic of a dissolved gas concentration series in oil; performing normalization on each sub-series component, dividing a training sample and a test sample; and establishing a deep belief network (DBN) prediction model for each of the sub-series components for training, performing superposition and reconstruction on the established DBN prediction model to perform characteristic extraction and classification on multi-dimensional data of the failure, evaluating prediction performance of the prediction model through calculating an error index.

    Abstract: A low-temperature and high-efficiency ammonia decomposition catalyst is disclosed, which includes a support and an active component. The support is SBA-15/G and the active component is nickel. The preparation method of the low-temperature and high-efficiency ammonia decomposition catalyst includes the following steps. Ni(OH)2 is mixed with SBA-15/G composite support by simple mechanical mixing method. Then, Ni/SBA-15/G supported catalyst is prepared by calcination in ammonia atmosphere. The ammonia decomposition activity of prepared materials at low-temperature is higher than that of most current Ni-based catalysts, and the method has the advantages of simple preparation process and low cost, and exhibits high catalytic activity and stability in the ammonia decomposition reaction.

    Abstract: A sensing device with a sealing structure for measuring fluid characteristics by a photoelectric method is disclosed. The sensing device includes an electrode head having an outer side which contacts a fluid to be measured and one or more windows arranged in respective window openings which extend between an inner and an outer face of a wall of the electrode head. At least two sealing structures seal the one or more windows and the respective window openings. A first of the at least two sealing structures is bonded, welded, or provides an interference fit. The sensing device can be used to seal the product in high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive environment, so that the product has high air tightness and is stable and reliable for a long time. In addition, the sealing structure of the product is easy to clean.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides a method for growing a gallium oxide single crystal by casting and a semiconductor device containing the gallium oxide single crystal. The method includes: 1) heating a solid gallium oxide to complete melting, cooling to a melting point of the gallium oxide, and maintaining a melt state for at least 30 min; and 2) conducting gradient cooling on a gallium oxide melt obtained in step 1) until a solid gallium oxide single crystal is obtained. The gradient cooling is to cool the gallium oxide melt obtained in step 1) to a first temperature according to a first gradient, and then continue cooling to a room temperature according to a second gradient to obtain the gallium oxide single crystal. In step 1), since the solid gallium oxide is heated to the first temperature, oxygen with a volume fraction of at least 2% is present in a growth atmosphere.

The DBMS may autonomously set or adjust configuration settings that control behaviors such as a default width of a JSON document column, in lining or not of the JSON document column, kind and scope and duration of indexing of the JSON document column, and/or caching of the JSON document column such as in an in memory columnar unit (IMCU). The DBMS may use the various configuration settings to control how JSON documents and the native JSON datatype are stored and/or processed.

The method comprises irradiating at a fixed point proximal to the read/write part with a laser irradiation device until the read head and the write head are thermally expanded; orientating air bearing surfaces of a plurality of magnetic heads forming a magnetic strip toward a lapping surface of a lapping device after laser irradiation, holding the air bearing surfaces in place, lapping with the lapping device until the air bearing surfaces are coplanar; and disassembling the magnetic strip to obtain a lapped magnetic head. Through laser heating induced compensation, the heights of lapped read head and write head of the magnetic head meet their respective target values, ensuring the normal reading and writing of the storage medium of the magnetic disk.

Native print drivers are uploaded to the print driver store from a client side. When an agent attempts to instantiate a virtual printer at the agent side that corresponds to a physical printer at the client side, the agent checks to determine if a native print driver for the physical printer is installed at the agent side. If the native print driver is not installed, then the agent obtains the native print driver from the print driver store and installs the native print driver at the agent side. The agent completes the instantiation of the virtual printer at the agent side and associates the native print driver with the virtual printer.
