The display device comprises a decorative frame, a cover glass, a display panel, a back plate and a connecting component. The back plate, the display panel and the connecting component are located in the decorative frame. The connecting component is mounted on the back plate. The decorative frame surrounds the display panel; the connecting component is arranged between the decorative frame and the display panel. The cover glass is adhered to the connecting component and covers the display panel, the connecting component and the decorative frame. In the display device, the back plate, display panel and connecting component are located within the decorative frame; the cover glass is connected to the back plate through the connecting component and covers the components between the cover glass and the back plate.

The device for manufacturing the optical membrane with a wave-shaped edge includes: a cutter, configured to cut an edge of the optical membrane; and linear members, arranged between two parallel blades of the cutter and configured to press the edge of the optical membrane into a wave shape. Alternatively, the device for manufacturing the optical membrane with a wave-shaped edge includes: a cutter, configured to cut an edge of the optical membrane; and a roller, configured to press the edge of the optical membrane into a wave shape.

The backlight module includes a back plate, a reflector plate provided on a bottom surface of the back plate, and a spacer provided between the bottom surface of the back plate and the reflector plate and configured to keep a certain spacing between the bottom surface of the back plate and the reflector plate. The display device includes the backlight module. The display device has improved display quality.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a methionine adenosyltransferase (MAT) activity assay method and a kit for measuring MAT activity. A sample and relevant reagents are mixed in certain way that MAT-catalyzed reaction occurs efficiently. The reaction and the competitive ELISA that quantifies the product S-adenosylmethionine (SAM) are carried out simultaneously. The MAT activity is calculated as the amount of SAM produced per unit time. SAM is calculated through spectral absorbance of the SAM produced and comparing it to that of the standard. The method of SAM quantification is via tracer-labelled anti-SAM antibody or SAM (or SAM analog) antigen through competitive ELISA, so that the produced SAM competes with the SAM antigen for binding anti-SAM antibody. The method and the kit described in the present invention are more sensitive, accurate, reliable, straightforward, easier and faster. The method was used to measure the MAT activities of normal and cancerous liver cells.

Abstract: Disclosed is a plastic frame, a display device and an assembling method thereof. The plastic frame includes: a limiting part, formed into a shape of rectangle and defining an area for fixing a display screen; and a supporting part, extending perpendicularly to the limiting part to support the display screen. The display screen includes a first panel and a second panel which is laminated to the first panel. The plastic frame further includes a fixing unit arranged between the limiting part and the display screen, and a fixing surface of the fixing unit is in contact at least with a side surface of the first panel. The plastic frame according to the disclosure can more stably fix the display screen, thereby preventing damages of the display screen due to impacts on the plastic frame.
