A fan assembly includes a shroud provided with an air inlet hole, a hub rotated by a driving motor, a plurality of blades provided along a circumferential direction of the hub to guide the air introduced through the air inlet hole in the circumferential direction of the hub, and a scroll guiding the air guided in the circumferential direction of the hub into the drum. A partition wall prevents the air guided in the circumferential direction of the hub from being re-introduced into the air inlet hole. The blade includes a shroud contact portion in contact with the shroud and a hub contact portion in contact with the hub. An inflection point is formed between the shroud contact portion and the hub contact portion.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a metal matrix composite in which oxide nanoparticles are dispersed. Metal matrix composite powders in which oxide nanoparticles are dispersed are prepared. Gibbs free energy of the oxide nanoparticles is greater than that of an oxide of a metal matrix. A bulk processed material is manufactured from the composite powders through hot forming or a cast material is manufactured by inputting the composite powder into a molten base metal and then rapidly stirring a resultant mixture. The bulk processed material or the cast material is heat-treated so that atoms of the metal matrix and atoms of the oxide nanoparticles mutually diffuse. Oxygen atoms originating from the oxide nanoparticles are diffused and dispersed in the metal matrix.

The colloidal silica has a specific surface area (BET) of 72.9 to 88.5 m2/g, and 0.1 to 2 wt % of the colloidal silica is included in the CMP slurry composition. The CMP slurry composition has an excellent copper line polishing rate, has a low number of defects and minimizes scratches after polishing, and can minimize dishing.

In this case, the first and second layers are a metamaterial forming a structural double layer and are realized as an anomalous dispersive medium that does not absorb incident light. The structural double layer may realize spatiotemporal dispersion that varies depending on an incidence angle using the nonlocality of the electromagnetic wave reaction of incident light.
