    Abstract: A thermoplastic complex yarn with thermoforming function and thermoplastic fabric therewith are provided. The thermoplastic complex yarn is formed according to a low temperature hot melt fiber wound around the peripheral of a high strength fiber. The thermoplastic complex yarn can be further alternant-plaited with a general yarn to form as a thermoplastic fabric. And, when the thermoplastic complex yarn or the thermoplastic fabric is under hot pressing by a hot-pressing die, the low temperature hot melt fiber can be thermoformed, and further collocated with the high strength fiber for supporting, thus, the thermoplastic complex yarn or the thermoplastic fabric can be formed into various shapes by various hot-pressing dies for increasing the application field thereof, and which can be as the major material of the external package box, such that achieves the purpose of ecology environment protection.

    Abstract: A voltage regulator circuit with a low quiescent current for generating a stable output voltage includes a standby mode controller for generating an enable signal according to a standby signal, a reference voltage generator for receiving an operation voltage and generating a reference voltage, an amplifier for receiving the reference voltage and the output voltage and generating an amplified voltage, and a switch unit for receiving the operation voltage and generating the output voltage at an output terminal. The enable signal is kept enabled when the standby signal is disabled, and the enable signal is periodically enabled when the standby signal is enabled. The amplifier works only when the enable signal is enabled. The switch unit is controlled by the enable signal, and is turned on only when the enable signal is enabled. So, the quiescent current of the voltage regulator circuit in the standby mode can be greatly reduced.

    Abstract: A method of redundant array of independent disks (RAID) expansion is provided. The RAID includes M number of storage devices, each of the storage devices has N number of data blocks, and the data blocks, for example, are sequentially arranged with a RAID 5 combination architecture. The method of expanding RAID includes disposing an expansive storage device in front of the M storage devices, then the data blocks except the parity data blocks are sequentially moved to the new data blocks, and the position of the new parity data blocks is the same as the position of the original parity data blocks.
