  • Publication number: 20120007727
Abstract: A brake warning device and method includes acquiring acceleration data of a bicycle, and calculating a specific parameter according to the acceleration data acquired within a preset interval using a preset calculation method. The bicycle is determined to be decelerating if the specific parameter is less than a preset threshold value. A brake light of the brake warning device is turned on to warn that the bicycle is braking.

  • Patent number: 7198479
Abstract: An ejector with multi-ejection pins is used in the post-processes of the semiconductor industry and is used by a selection device to choose a predetermined quantity of ejection pins. When a propelling device lifts the selection device, a pin-base vertical driver controls the vertical motion of a pin base, and a pin-base motion device controls the planar motion of the pin base; the chosen ejection pins can be lifted to elevate the respective dies for separation from adhesive film.

  • Patent number: 7004060
Abstract: A balancing vertical load device for a motor, to be used in conjunction with a vertical driving device with a force- and position-controlled motor, comprising a motor assembly and a sealed air pressure system. The motor assembly has a motor, and a load weight which, driven by the motor, performs a vertical movement. The sealed air pressure system has an air cylinder, a piston, gliding inside the air cylinder with low friction and being connected with the load weight, an air container, storing a relatively large air volume, and an air pressure source. The sealed air pressure system balances a load of the load weight, so that precise control of force and position of a vertically moving object, as if moving horizontally, is achieved.

  • Publication number: 20030218390
Abstract: A voice-coil motor for picking up chips is disclosed. Through the electromagnetic force generated from the voice-coil motor, the invention can accurately control its strength when picking up a chip. The procedure of picking a chip is as follows: first, a chip is separated from a blue film due to the force of a rising ejectpin; then a pickup head is used to suck the chip to an assigned place. In particular, when the ejectpin pushes the chip up, the pickup head is controlled to rise together with the ejectpin so that the ejectpin also raises the pickup head. Through the above-mentioned control, the stress on the chip can be reduced, preventing the chip from being broken.
