    Abstract: The present invention provides a maintenance system for wind turbine equipment. The maintenance system includes a trolley support unit (130), a trolley (140), a pulley, a winch unit (150) and a door (160). The trolley support unit is provided in the nacelle so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the nacelle. The trolley is provided on the trolley support unit so as to be movable in the lateral direction of the nacelle. The pulley is rotatably installed in the trolley. The winch unit is connected to the pulley through a wire. The door is provided in the nacelle so that an element of the nacelle to be repaired is removed from or inserted into the nacelle through the door. Therefore, in the present invention, when maintenance or repair of an element in the nacelle is required, it can be conveniently conducted without using a separate crane.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a gasification system where a bulky carbonaceous feedstock is pyrolyzed at lower temperature (600-1000 C) to bring about a significant reduction in it's volume; and the pyrolysis products are transferred into a smaller reformer at 1200 C to carry out an efficient conversion to syngas. Carbonaceous material constitutes all forms of carbon-containing substance and it includes all fossil fuel, biomass, marine vegetation, animal waste, and industrial organic wastes. Pyrolysis reaction at 600-1000 C produces C1-C8 flue gas and solid char and cokes. Reforming reaction here is more specifically defined as that carbon atom reacts with steam or carbon dioxide gas at 1200 C and reforms into CO gas and all hydrogen atoms are reduced to H2 gas.; It is also referred as endothermic reduction reaction, irregardless of physical and chemical states of carbon, it reacts steam or CO2 gas at 1200 C and above, and reforms into CO and H2 gas, called syngas. No catalyst is needed.

    Abstract: Provided are a method and apparatus for dynamically managing hierarchical flows that more efficiently process packet traffic while maintaining compatibility with an existing packet data network in transferring both circuit traffic and packet traffic in a packet switched network. The method for dynamically managing hierarchical flows includes: receiving data packets, classifying the data packets according to attributes of the received data packets, and producing first flows; determining whether traffic of each of the first flows exceeds a predetermined bandwidth limit, and performing a packet drop process or producing second flows for first flows that exceed the bandwidth limit, according to a flow-specific policy; and performing second flow processing on the second flows according to a second flow policy. Only flows exceeding the bandwidth limit or causing congestion are hierarchically divided for management. This makes it possible to finely manage the flows without complex operations.
