The nanostructures are define a nanostructure array in the unit cells, and a wavelength width at 50% transmittance of a transmission spectrum in the near-infrared wavelength spectrum of the combination structure is wider than a wavelength width at 50% transmittance of a transmission spectrum in the near-infrared wavelength spectrum of the nanostructure array.
