    Abstract: The present invention relates to a minimally invasive surgical instrument having a bent shaft, and more particularly to a minimally invasive surgical instrument in which at least a part of a shaft includes a bend. According to one aspect of the invention, there is provided a minimally invasive surgical instrument comprising: a shaft; an end effector connected to one end of the shaft; a joint unit interposed between the shaft and the end effector; and a plurality of wires connected to the joint unit to enable the end effector to carry out joint motion, wherein the shaft comprises at least one bend, and the at least one bend may transmit therein force to operate the end effector in a roll direction, independently of the shaft. The present invention relates to a minimally invasive surgical instrument having a bent shaft, and more particularly, to a minimally invasive surgical instrument in which at least a portion of a shaft is curved.

The second signal comprises a downlink signal, transmitted from the interfering BS to a UE connected to the interfering BS, and a dummy signal for canceling interference of the downlink signal with the first signal. In a wireless communication system composed of multiple cells, CoMP using DPC can be performed even without data sharing between the cells.

If an LTE-A system transmits a reference signal per subframe to support eight transmitting antennas, a problem occurs in that overhead is great. In order to solve this problem, a reference signal for channel measurement is transmitted per subband at different periods, or a user equipment scheduled for channel measurement uses a demodulation reference signal. The user equipment can notify a base station of channel measurement result using the demodulation reference signal in accordance with implicit or explicit signaling from the base station.

According to the surgical apparatus for TEM, a rotation function is added to a barrel of the surgical apparatus for TEM to enable manual rotation of the barrel to a required extent and adjustment of an operation area, without separation of the surgical apparatus for TEM from a fixing frame during an operation. In addition, since the endoscope is disposed outside the barrel, it is possible to reduce the outer diameter of the barrel and uniformly maintain a visual direction of the endoscope even when the barrel is rotated. Further, since the rotation function is added to both the barrel and the surgical instrument insertion hole, more convenient operation is possible.

A multi-cell precoding matrix is configured using one or more single-cell precoding matrices, and wherein coefficients to be multiplied by the single-cell precoding matrices satisfy a condition in which the product between the multi-cell precoding matrix and a Hermitian matrix of the multi-cell precoding matrix is a unitary matrix. According to the embodiment of the present invention, it is not necessary for all base stations to perfectly know channel information. In addition, a feedback overhead is not high, and complexity is low.
