  • Publication number: 20210260330
Abstract: Some embodiments provide for an inspiratory limb for a breathing circuit that includes a first segment that comprises a first heater wire circuit and a second segment that comprises a second heater wire circuit. The inspiratory limb can include an intermediate connector that includes a connection circuit that electrically couples the first heater wire circuit to the second heater wire circuit. The inspiratory limb can be configured to operate in two modes wherein, in a first mode, electrical power passes through the first electrical connection to provide power to the first heater wire circuit without providing power to the second heater wire circuit, and in a second mode, electrical power pass through the first electrical connection to provide power to both the first heater wire circuit and the second heater wire circuit.

  • Patent number: 11035728
Abstract: Interleaved data acquisition in optical spectroscopy is used to provide interference correction for time-varying interference. Measurements at a reference frequency are used to provide an estimate of the interference. These reference measurements are interleaved with the remaining measurements in order to provide estimates of the interference vs. time at relevant times. The interference being corrected can be spectrally structured or unstructured.

  • Patent number: 10663747
Abstract: An apparatus and method for controlling the spectrum of stimulated Raman scattering that is used for despeckling of digitally projected images. The stimulated Raman scattering is utilized to add wavelength diversity for reduced speckle and to change the color of the light to a more desirable combination of wavelengths. Digital projection with color-sequential projectors may be enabled by alternately switching the Raman spectrum between green and red. Improved projector transmission may be achieved by minimizing the amount of yellow light generated in the Raman spectrum.
