    Abstract: A method of forming a contact hole includes providing a substrate. A nitrogen-containing dielectric layer, a first material layer, a second material layer, an oxygen-containing dielectric layer and a patterned photoresist layer cover the substrate from bottom to top. Then, the oxygen-containing dielectric layer is etched by taking the second material layer as a first etching stop layer to form a patterned oxygen-containing dielectric layer. Latter, the second material layer is etched by taking the first material layer as a second etching stop layer to form a patterned second material layer. Subsequently, the first material layer is etched by taking the nitrogen-containing dielectric layer as a third etching stop layer to form a patterned first material layer. Finally, the nitrogen-containing dielectric layer is etched until the substrate is exposed.

In the semiconductor device, the ratio (S/Y) of the thickness S of the buffer layer on a lower sidewall of the cavity to the thickness Y of the buffer layer at the bottom of the cavity ranges from 0.6 to 0.8.

An initial design layout is associated with an electrical component, such as a standard cell. A conflict graph is generated based upon the initial design layout. The conflict graph comprises one or more nodes, representing polygons within the initial design layout, connected by one or more edges. A same-process edge specifies that two nodes are to be generated by the same pattern process, while a different-process edge specified that two nodes are to be generated by different pattern processes, such as a mandrel pattern process and a passive fill pattern process. The conflict graph is evaluated to identify a conflict, such as a self-aligned multiple pattering (SAMP) conflict, associated with the initial design layout. The conflict is visually displayed so that the initial design layout can be modified to resolve the conflict.

    Abstract: A key structure includes a base plate, a switch circuit board, a keycap, and an enclosure frame. The keycap includes a magnetic element. The magnetic element is disposed on an edge part of the keycap. The enclosure frame includes a magnetic coating layer. The magnetic coating layer is formed on an edge part of the enclosure frame and disposed over the magnetic element. When the keycap is depressed, the keycap is moved to trigger the switch circuit board, so that the switch circuit board generates a key signal. When the keycap is no longer depressed, the keycap is moved toward the magnetic coating layer in response to the magnetic force. The key structure can be normally operated without the need of installing an elastic rubbery element.

The electroluminescent light emitting structure emits a violet light having a wavelength between 395 nm and 450 nm and an FWHM smaller than 25 nm. The first photoluminescent light emitting layer and the second photoluminescent light emitting layer are sequentially disposed on the electroluminescent light emitting structure. The first photoluminescent light emitting layer absorbs the violet light to generate a blue light. The second photoluminescent light emitting layer absorbs the violet light and the blue light to generate a green light. The red light emitting layer generates a red light. Accordingly, the violet light, the blue light, the green light and the red light are blended to form a white light having a high color rendering index.

One or more scaling factors are determined for the samples in the one or more blocks. In some cases, a block scaling factor is determined for each block. In turn, sign extension bits are scaled from the one or more blocks, and samples in the one or more blocks are quantized. In one embodiment, based on a number of sign extension bits scaled from the block and whether the unique scaling factor exists, a scaling code word is encoded for the block. In other embodiments, implicity, adaptive scaling, and/or adaptive quantization, for example, are used to increase the performance of the compression schemes.
