Abstract: A EGT valve of the present invention includes: a valve shaft vertically disposed and moving up and down by rotating about a vertical rotational axis; a cylindrical cam integrally fitted around an upper portion of the valve shaft and having a spiral groove on an outer side and a polyhedron at an upper end; a fixed bearing fixed to a side of the cylindrical camp with an end slidably inserted in the spiral groove; a rotary gear having the polyhedron inserted on the rotational axis therein and rotated by a rotary motor; an elevating block disposed at an upper end of the valve shaft passing through the cylindrical cam and pushed upward by the valve shaft when the valve shaft is moved up; a pressing spring applying downward elasticity to the elevating block; a magnet plate fixed to a side of the elevating block; a hall sensor sensing up-down movement of the magnet plate; and a housing keeping the valve shaft, the cylindrical camp, the rotary gear, and the elevating block therein.

Abstract: A protection contactor includes a contact part coming into contact with a conductor of an electric device and having elasticity and an ESD protection part connected to a portion of the contact part to extend to a circuit board disposed to be spaced apart from the contact part and comprising a conductive material. Thus, in accordance with the exemplary embodiments, current due to an overvoltage or an ESD voltage of a discharge starting voltage concentratedly flows through the protrusion to improve bypassing efficiency to a ground part. Thus, the current due to the overvoltage or the ESD voltage that is above the discharge starting voltage may be effectively bypassed to prevent an internal circuit from being damaged by static electricity.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method for reporting channel state information to a base station by a terminal having distributed antenna units in a wireless communication system. Specifically, the method for reporting channel state information comprises the steps of: receiving a reference signal from the base station; and reporting multi-channel state information on the basis of the reference signal, wherein the multi-channel state information includes a channel quality indicator for each of the distributed antenna units.

Abstract: As a process of preparing for a restart of an epitaxial reactor in which epitaxial growth for a wafer is performed, an embodiment includes injecting a nitrogen gas into a process chamber provided in the epitaxial reactor and purging the gas for a predetermined time; heating the inside of the process chamber non-linearly according to time; and measuring MCLT for the epitaxial wafer after growing the epitaxial wafer. A method of preparing for a restart of an epitaxial reactor of the embodiment removes moisture and contaminants stagnated inside the process chamber at a higher rate compared to the related art and also reduces a time to reach the minimum value of MCLT for preparing for a restart of an epitaxial reactor, and thus a time for preparing for a restart of an epitaxial reactor may also be reduced.

The present disclosure provides a method of controlling a clutch of an automated manual transmission (AMT) vehicle, which reduces a micro-slip control time in order to improve durability of the clutch by performing a full-lock control of the clutch after slip control for learning a clutch characteristic curve. Additionally, the method shortens time to open the clutch for a subsequent shifting by predicting the time when a shift restarts after the full-lock control and by resuming the micro-slip control.

The connector couples the body frame and the cover frame having the buffer chamber arranged therebetween such that the enclosed chamber space is transformed into a process space in which the supercritical process is performed.
