    Abstract: Systems and techniques for providing multilevel autonomous tournaments for wagering game are provided. In some implementations, players may earn entry into such a tournament by meeting one or more criteria and then be associated with a tournament entry for that tournament. Each tournament entry may be associated with a set of tournament entries and, after a requisite number of tournament entries for a given tournament entry set has been associated with players, a selection of a tournament entry, and thus at least implicitly a player, may be made. The players selected in such a selection event may then be associated with a tournament entry in a next-highest tournament tier. Such selections may occur until a single player is selected from the highest-ranked tournament tier of the tournament.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a transparent conductive oxide thin film. The metal oxide is a transparent conductive material of (In2O3)x(MO)y(ReO)z formed by doping a small amount of a rare earth oxide ReO into an indium-containing metal oxide MO—In2O3 as a photon-generated carrier conversion center. According to the present application, in an indium-based metal oxide, a rare earth oxide material is introduced, such that the carrier concentration is controlled, and the mobility is improved; rare earth ions in the rare earth oxide have the lower electronegativity, and an ionic bond Ln-O formed by the rare earth ions and oxygen ions has the higher bond breaking energy, such that the oxygen vacancy concentration in the In2O3 thin film may be effectively controlled. The rare earth ions have the ionic radius equivalent to that of indium ions, defect scattering caused by structure mismatch may be reduced, the high mobility characteristics thereof may be kept better.

The base station also transmits the packet intended for the TUE, to a plurality of UEs comprising the at least one CUE and the TUE.

A packet transmitted between a base station and a UE or between UEs includes a packet destination identifier that identifies a destination of the packet. A receiving the packet from a base station or another UE can determine whether the UE is the destination of the packet. When the UE is the destination of the packet, the UE decodes the packet. When the UE is not the destination of the packet, the UE forwards the packet to another UE. The packet may include a packet source identifier that can be used by the destination to determine where the packet originated. In some instances, the cooperative UEs do not need to decode the entire packet to be able to determine the destination of the packet and therefore can forward the packet along with less processing.
