Abstract: Systems and techniques for providing multilevel autonomous tournaments for wagering game are provided. In some implementations, players may earn entry into such a tournament by meeting one or more criteria and then be associated with a tournament entry for that tournament. Each tournament entry may be associated with a set of tournament entries and, after a requisite number of tournament entries for a given tournament entry set has been associated with players, a selection of a tournament entry, and thus at least implicitly a player, may be made. The players selected in such a selection event may then be associated with a tournament entry in a next-highest tournament tier. Such selections may occur until a single player is selected from the highest-ranked tournament tier of the tournament.

Abstract: Disclosed is a transparent conductive oxide thin film. The metal oxide is a transparent conductive material of (In2O3)x(MO)y(ReO)z formed by doping a small amount of a rare earth oxide ReO into an indium-containing metal oxide MO—In2O3 as a photon-generated carrier conversion center. According to the present application, in an indium-based metal oxide, a rare earth oxide material is introduced, such that the carrier concentration is controlled, and the mobility is improved; rare earth ions in the rare earth oxide have the lower electronegativity, and an ionic bond Ln-O formed by the rare earth ions and oxygen ions has the higher bond breaking energy, such that the oxygen vacancy concentration in the In2O3 thin film may be effectively controlled. The rare earth ions have the ionic radius equivalent to that of indium ions, defect scattering caused by structure mismatch may be reduced, the high mobility characteristics thereof may be kept better.

Abstract: Aspects of the present application provide methods and device for use in User Equipment (UE) cooperation. UE cooperation may include the cooperating UEs (CUEs) forwarding traffic to or from one or more target UEs (TUEs) with redundant signal transmissions or receptions. Methods involve a base station transmitting configuration information to at least one cooperative user equipment (CUE) and to a target user equipment (TUE). The configuration information includes an indication of resources for a sidelink (SL) transmission and a redundancy parameter for the SL transmission. The SL transmission is a transmission for the at least one CUE to forward a packet intended for the TUE. The base station also transmits the packet intended for the TUE, to a plurality of UEs comprising the at least one CUE and the TUE.

Abstract: A gNodeB (gNB) and user equipment (UE) are provided. The gNB includes a transceiver configured to receive physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) via a plurality of slots. The PUCCH occupies at least one physical resource block (PRB) within each of the plurality of slots. The plurality of slots are determined based on a number of slots configured for a transmission of the PUCCH and a slot structure.

Abstract: Systems and methods of transmitting and receiving combined uplink control information (UCI) in respect of downlink assignments are provided. The UE is configured to combine certain UCI based on a property of downlink assignment, such as PDCCH ID, beam information, CORESET. The UE may also be configured to determine which UCI having the same value of the property of downlink assignment to combine. This can be based on a value-specific monitoring window or a monitoring window that is common to multiple values of the assignment property.

Abstract: Physical layer structures and access schemes for use in such networks are described and in particular initial access channel (IACH) structures are proposed. A spectrum efficient downlink (DL) IACH design supports different types of User Equipment (UE) capabilities and different system bandwidths. An IACH includes the synchronization channel (SCH) and broadcast-control channel (BCH). A non-uniform SCH for all system bandwidths is provided, as well as scalable bandwidth BCH depending on system bandwidth. An initial access procedure is provided, as well as an access procedure.

A packet transmitted between a base station and a UE or between UEs includes a packet destination identifier that identifies a destination of the packet. A receiving the packet from a base station or another UE can determine whether the UE is the destination of the packet. When the UE is the destination of the packet, the UE decodes the packet. When the UE is not the destination of the packet, the UE forwards the packet to another UE. The packet may include a packet source identifier that can be used by the destination to determine where the packet originated. In some instances, the cooperative UEs do not need to decode the entire packet to be able to determine the destination of the packet and therefore can forward the packet along with less processing.
