Abstract: A thin film transistor includes a gate electrode on a substrate. The gate electrode includes a flat portion and an inclined portion at a side of the flat portion. A ratio of a height to a width (height/width) of the inclined portion is 1.192 or less. The thin film transistor also includes a gate insulating layer disposed on the substrate to cover the gate electrode and a polysilicon active layer on the gate insulating layer and over the gate electrode. The thin film transistor further includes a source electrode and a drain electrode respectively connected to two opposite end portions of the polysilicon active layer.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a providing a method and/or an apparatus for transceiving a broadcast signal for a panorama broadcast service. The method for transmitting a broadcast signal, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: encoding an image, multiplexing into a single broadcast stream, the encoded image and signaling information related to the image, wherein the signaling information includes signaling information related to a panoramic image; generating a broadcast signal including the multiplex broadcast stream; and transmitting the generated broadcast signal.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an apparatus and method for detecting unsteady flow of a program to protect against distribution of malicious codes through vulnerabilities of the program by detecting unsteady flow occurring in the program. The apparatus for detecting unsteady flow of a program includes a program flow interrupter for interrupting a flow of a program being performed in a process; a program collector for collecting the program interrupted by the program flow interrupter; an unsteady flow determiner for determining unsteady flow in the program collected by the program collector; and an unsteady flow detector for detecting unsteady flow based on the determination result of the unsteady flow determiner.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for preparing a superabsorbent polymer. The method for preparing a superabsorbent according to the present invention includes the steps of: polymerizing a monomer composition into a superabsorbent polymer in a polymerization reactor; grinding the obtained superabsorbent polymer; and hydrolyzing the fine particles generated during the process and reusing the same for the monomer composition.

Abstract: A foam seating article includes an outer layer of molded foam surrounding a solid inner core of molded foam or expanded polystyrene. The rigid foam of the inner core is made from polyurethane polyol and methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI). The inner core has a hardness greater than 25 Shore A and a density less than two pounds per cubic foot. The polymer material of the solid core has a hardness that is greater than that of the outer foam. The outer layer of molded foam is high density (HD) foam, memory foam or latex foam. A fabric covering encloses the inner core and molded outer foam layer. The foam seating article can be a chair, stool, sofa, chaise lounge, bench or Ottoman. The seating article includes no wood or metal. Molding foam around a solid inner core is simpler and less costly than making conventional metal or wood framed furniture.
