Abstract: In a method of manufacturing an MRAM device, first and second lower electrodes may be formed on first and second regions, respectively, of a substrate. First and second MTJ structures having different switching current densities from each other may be formed on the first and second lower electrodes, respectively. First and second upper electrodes may be formed on the first and second MTJ structures, respectively.

Abstract: The invention provides methods for the synthesis of eribulin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof (e.g., eribulin mesylate) through a macrocyclization strategy. The macrocyclization strategy of the present invention involves subjecting a non-macrocyclic intermediate to a carbon-carbon bond-forming reaction (e.g., an olefination reaction (e.g., Homer-Wadsworth-Emmons olefination), Dieckmann reaction, catalytic Ring-Closing Olefin Metathesis, or Nozaki-Hiyama-Kishi reaction) to afford a macrocyclic intermediate. The invention also provides compounds useful as intermediates in the synthesis of eribulin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and methods for preparing the same.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a washing machine, which includes a cabinet having a first opening and a washing space therein and a door assembly configured to open or close the first opening. The door assembly includes a door unit including a guide duct having one side forming a second opening and the other side connected to the washing space, and configured to be rotatable with respect to the cabinet, a sub-door configured to open or close the second opening and a sealing assembly configured to seal the other side of the guide duct. With this configuration, it is possible to effectively seal the inside of the washing machine.

Abstract: A computer system includes a transceiver that receives over a data communications network different types of input data and multiple data transaction objects from multiple source nodes. A pre-processor processes the different types of input data and the data transaction objects to generate an input data structure. Based on the input data structure, one or more predictive machine learning models is trained and used to predict a probability of execution of each of the data transaction objects at a future execution time. Output data messages are then generated for transmission by the transceiver over the data communications network indicating the probability of execution for at least one of the data transaction objects at the future execution time.

Abstract: A method for sample adaptive offset (SAO) filtering and SAO parameter signaling in a video encoder is provided that includes determining SAO parameters for largest coding units (LCUs) of a reconstructed picture, wherein the SAO parameters include an indicator of an SAO filter type and a plurality of SAO offsets, applying SAO filtering to the reconstructed picture according to the SAO parameters, and entropy encoding LCU specific SAO information for each LCU of the reconstructed picture in an encoded video bit stream, wherein the entropy encoded LCU specific SAO information for the LCUs is interleaved with entropy encoded data for the LCUs in the encoded video bit stream. Determining SAO parameters may include determining the LCU specific SAO information to be entropy encoded for each LCU according to an SAO prediction protocol.
