The second display region includes a plurality of unit pixel blocks, each including two second pixels adjacent to each other in a first direction and two second pixels adjacent to each other in a second direction intersecting the first direction, and a transmissive region through which light is transmitted. Determining SAO parameters may include determining the LCU specific SAO information to be entropy encoded for each LCU according to an SAO prediction protocol.

In response to the bit-depth of the luma component being different than the bit depth of the chroma component, the video coder may modify one or both of the bit depth of the luma component and the bit depth of the chroma component such that the bit depths are equal. The video coder may further apply the color-space transform process in encoding the video data.
