The rib installed to be fixed across the pair of columns under the horizontal bar has a forming protrusion whose upper end is flat. The pusher support portion disposed above the rib includes a linear driving portion configured to move the pusher support portion in a vertical direction along the columns. Finally, the pusher installed at the pusher support portion is aligned with the forming protrusion.
