Abstract: According to the present invention, an adaptive scheme is applied to an image encoding apparatus that includes an inter-predictor, an intra-predictor, a transformer, a quantizer, an inverse quantizer, and an inverse transformer, wherein input images are classified into two or more different categories, and two or more modules from among the inter-predictor, the intra-predictor, the transformer, the quantizer, and the inverse quantizer are implemented to perform respective operations in different schemes according to the category to which an input image belongs. Thus, the invention has the advantage of efficiently encoding an image without the loss of important information as compared to a conventional image encoding apparatus which adopts a packaged scheme.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a coating composition including a graphene oxide and a solvent. At least one of a carboxyl group and an epoxide group of the graphene oxide is functionalized by an amine. The amine has an activation energy to an epoxide group of the graphene oxide of about ?3 kcal/mol to about 8 kcal/mol. A method of forming a stacked structure using the coating composition is provided. A method of manufacturing a display device using the coating composition is provided.

Abstract: A method for collateral circulation assessment, using dynamic MRI images, includes the steps of: receiving dynamic perfusion MRI images of a subject by an analysis device; extracting arterial phase images, capillary phase images, and venous phase images from the dynamic perfusion MRI images by the analysis device; inputting the arterial phase images, capillary phase images, and venous phase images into pre-trained, deep learning models, respectively, to calculate a plurality of collateral circulation prediction probability values by the analysis device; and conducting a final collateral circulation assessment for the subject, using the plurality of collateral circulation prediction probability values by the analysis device.
