  • Publication number: 20230411193
Abstract: When there is an interruption in power to an area of an integrated circuit manufacturing facility, product may be stranded in a vehicle mounted to an automated material handling system. An automated rescue vehicle can be deployed to retrieve the stranded vehicle so that a payload carried by that vehicle can be recovered and processing can resume. The rescue vehicle can carry a battery payload. The battery payload provides backup power while the rescue operation is performed. With such an automated system, no human intervention is needed to recover product during a power outage. In addition to improving wafer throughput during the power outage, such a rescue operation may prevent quality degradation for time-critical sequences of processing operations.

  • Publication number: 20230342355
Abstract: Techniques are described herein for an integrated in-front database cache (“IIDC”) providing an in-memory, consistent, and automatically managed cache for primary database data. An IIDC comprises a database server instance that (a) caches data blocks from a source database managed by a second database server instance, and (b) performs recovery on the cached data using redo records for the database data. The IIDC instance implements relational algebra and is configured to run any complexity of query over the cached database data. Any cache miss results in the IIDC instance fetching the needed block(s) from a second database server instance managing the source database that provides the IIDC instance with the latest version of the requested data block(s) that is available to the second instance. Because redo records are used to continuously update the data blocks in an IIDC cache, the IIDC guarantees consistency of query results.

  • Patent number: 11741257
Abstract: Techniques are described for providing access to anonymized user data derived from external data providers. A persona management system generates a searchable data store containing metadata related to a plurality of users of the persona management system. The metadata includes entries indicating: a first identifier of a user of the plurality of users of the persona management system, a second identifier of an external data provider of a plurality of external data providers that possess data related to users of the persona management system, a third identifier of an algorithm that is used to transform data possessed by the external data provider related to the user of the persona management system into one or more transformed data values, and the one or more transformed data values. In response to requests from various data consumers, the persona management system uses the metadata to identify users matching specified search criteria.

  • Publication number: 20230190500
Abstract: Post deployment radial force recovery of biodegradable scaffolds are described where a high molecular weight polymer may be formed into a high molecular weight scaffold by solution casting into a tubular substrate such that the scaffold retains its mechanical properties through processing. The tubular substrate is laser cut and subsequently crimped onto a catheter for deployment into a body lumen. The polymeric scaffold may retain its mechanical properties and result in increased radial strength post-deployment in a saline environment, e.g., within a body lumen. This scaffold enhancement may be attributable at least in part to entanglement of high molecular weight polymer chains as one factor that effects radial force recovery and also to the design or geometry of the scaffold as another factor that effects radial force recovery after deployment.
