  • Patent number: 10604068
Abstract: A vehicle interior light control system that controls the state concerning a vehicle interior light mounted to a vehicle includes a lighting state control part that gradually changes the vehicle interior light from a first state to a second state different from the first state, and a time adjustment part that adjusts time required for a state change from the first state to the second state made by the lighting state control part. The vehicle interior light control system further includes a pattern storage unit in which a pattern of change in the vehicle interior light from the first state to the second state is stored. The lighting state control part changes the state of the vehicle interior light in accordance with the pattern stored in the pattern storage unit.

  • Publication number: 20040181919
Abstract: A slide fastener with a separable bottom end stop enabling a reinforcement portion of the separable bottom end stop to be sewed securely and ribs at a sewing position not to be damaged by a sewing needle. The reinforcement portion formed integrally on a lower half portion of each of a box pin and an insert pin of the separable bottom end stop using synthetic resin is exposed on the fastener tape and constituted of an auxiliary member and ribs formed at a sewing position to be sewed to a sewing object. The rib is formed like its height is 0.5 to 0.85 mm and width 0.6 to 0.9 mm, expanded gradually from a vertex to a base portion. A gap portion, wider than the base portion of the rib, is formed between adjoining ribs, therefore the rib avoids strike of a sewing needle not to be damaged thereby and the gap portion ensures sewing of the fastener tape onto the sewing object.

  • Publication number: 20040181920
Abstract: This invention relates to a slide fastener with a separable bottom end stop which scatters an external force applied to a reinforcement portion upon the opening/closing operation to reduce an applied load thereby preventing damages to the flexible reinforcement portion. Reinforcement portions are formed on a lower half of a box pin and an insert pin of a separable bottom end stop with synthetic resin symmetrically on front and rear surfaces of a fastener tape such that the reinforcement portions are extended on the fastener tape. Each reinforcement portion has an inside portion adjacent to the box or insert pin and an outside portion connected thereto. In the inside portion, plural ribs are disposed obliquely and a concave portion is formed among the ribs to supply flexibility. The outside portion is formed of thick ribs and connects with the inside portion.

  • Publication number: 20030213107
Abstract: A slide fastener having a separable bottom end stop is provided, which comprises a high quality reinforcement piece in which flexibility thereof is improved and there is no stripping or breakage of the reinforcement piece. Reinforcement pieces overhanging on front surfaces of fastener tapes are provided on side faces of the box pin and insert pin. Each reinforcement piece comprises an inclined portion which is formed in a substantially triangular shape overall toward an outer side edge close to a lower end of each fastener tape. An edge portion of the inclined portion is formed as a slope portion, which slopes gently toward a front surface of the fastener tape.

  • Publication number: 20030000051
Abstract: In a fastener product made of a synthetic resin such as a slide fastener, a separable fastener and a snap tape comprising an attachment part and an engagement part, at least the engagement part is made of a hydrolysis-resistant synthetic resin. Preferably, the hydrolysis-resistant synthetic resin is polyester having a carbodiimide-based hydrolytic stabilizing agent incorporated therein. In a slide fastener having a pair of fastener tapes and coupling elements fixed to the longitudinal edges of the fastener tapes, they are made of a hydrolysis-resistant synthetic resin material. When the slide fastener further comprises upper and lower stop members, a pin-and-box separator, a pair of reinforcing sheet-like members, sewing threads and core cords, they are made of the hydrolysis-resistant synthetic resin material.

  • Patent number: 4922585
Abstract: A light-reflective or luminous slide fastener is disclosed which is provided with a light-reflective strip including a multiplicity of glass beads and bonded to a row of coupling elements on each of a pair of fastener tapes. The strip extends longitudinally at least partially over the upper surfaces of the row of elements, or extends more extensively over the element surfaces so as to mask substantially the entire elements from view when the fastener is closed.

  • Patent number: 4414718
Abstract: A separable slide fastener comprises a pair of stringer tapes, a pair of rows of continuous coupling elements of thermoplastic synthetic resin sewn to the tapes, along respective inner longitudinal edges, and a separable terminal assembly located at a lower end of the coupling element rows. Connectors of the endmost ones of the coupling elements located adjacent to pins of the terminal assembly are fused with the respective stringer tapes, the pins each having a pair of opposite plates disposed one on each side of the respective stringer tapes. In order to prevent the displacement of the endmost coupling elements, one of the plates extends beyond the other plate to overlie each said fused endmost connector, the other plate terminating short of the fused endmost connector.
