  • Patent number: 11366747
Abstract: An automated testing framework to coordinate functions among code management, build management, automated test, resource reservation, artifact repositories and team communication subsystems. In one embodiment specific to software development, software developers check new code into a code management subsystem, a development project tracking system, or other tools that automatically generate a build. Test suites are then automatically selected and executed based on a scope of the project or code that was built. This scope can include such attributes as what portion of the software was built, the purpose (objective) of the build, the maturity of developing that build, and so forth. In one implementation, label directives may be used to associate build scope to test suites. During or after the automated tests, other actions may then be automatically triggered, to store test results, inform the development team, stored data integrated with test definition and results, or update an artifact repository.

  • Publication number: 20220144350
Abstract: A multi-functional coupler for one or more vehicle components includes a shank, a head connected to the shank, a connector carried by the shank, and a tool. The tool is carried by the head or shank spaced from the connector, and the tool has a fastener engaging portion by which a fastener may be moved to install or remove the fastener from a component. The coupler may be used to both coupled together two or more components, and to remove fasteners or other connections via the tool of the coupler. Conveniently, as the coupler is normally installed on the vehicle to couple together two or more vehicle components, the coupler is readily available to a user wanting to remove fasteners compatible/drivable with the tool of the coupler.

  • Patent number: 11322012
Abstract: A remote temperature monitoring system includes a first unit operatively connected to one or more temperature sensors for sensing the temperature of one or more materials or food items being cooked or heated. The first unit transmits the sensed temperature to a second unit that is located remotely from the first unit during heating. The second unit is programmable with the desired temperature and/or heating parameters of the item. By monitoring the temperature status of the item over time, the system determines when the food has reached the desired temperature or degree of cooking, and notifies the user.

  • Patent number: 11310439
Abstract: The invention disclosed herein concerns a privacy enhancing device for use with IP cameras and related methods. The privacy device includes an adjustable light filter and is configured to be placed over the lens of an IP camera such that the image captured by the IP camera passes through the filter. The transparency of the light filter is controlled using a control module in response to user inputs received using an on-board user interface so as to provide varying levels of privacy ranging from an opaque state and a transparent state. Inputs that serve to facilitate and enhance operation of the device can also be received from other input sources such as connected computing devices. For security, the control path defined by the control module and the on-board user input device can be isolated from other more sophisticated control devices that can be prone to hacking and remote control.

  • Publication number: 20220113954
Abstract: In an approach, a processor receives input data comprising: (i) a code level for an update, (ii) a scheduled time for the update; (iii) a target system for the update, and (iv) authorization data, where the authorization data: (i) allows for scheduling of the update and (ii) is provided via a channel external from a connection to the target system without an inbound connection. A processor receives a set of data from the target system. A processor, responsive to receiving the set of data from the target system, sends a response packet to the target system that includes the input data. A processor receives, at the scheduled time, a request to process the update. A processor, responsive to the request, sends code for processing the update corresponding to the code level for the update. A processor receives status messages corresponding to progress of the update.

  • Patent number: 11301803
Abstract: A system for inventory and sales process control and display. The improved system for inventory includes a first database with a list of pre-assigned machine-readable code, a second database with a list of items, and a pricing database associated with each of the list of items in the second database. The second database is foreign keyed by machine-readable code number to the first database to associate one or more items listed in the second database with each of the pre-assigned machine-readable code. A query of the first database for a specific pre-assigned machine-readable code generates the associated list of items from the second database for that specific pre-assigned machine-readable code and a price for each of the items in the associated list of items. The system may also include at least one remote user interface.

  • Patent number: 11284983
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided and adapted to engage and pull (e.g., pull up) or reposition paraurethral support tissue, such as the perineal membrane. The perineal membrane intersects the urethra and vagina at the midurethra or distal location and can thus be stabilized or controlled in a manner that helps restore continence. As such, the implants can be utilized to eliminate the need for mesh or other supportive structures under the urethra that is common with other incontinence slings.
