  • Publication number: 20210133690
Abstract: In one example in accordance with the present disclosure, a method for schedule creation may include interpreting a set of temporal constraints corresponding to a predetermined time period for a user. The set of temporal constraints may include a constraint defining a minimum period of uninterrupted time for a primary job responsibility of the user. The method may also include generating a set of blocks based on the set of temporal constraints. Each block in the set of blocks corresponds to an event to be scheduled during the predetermined time period and each block has a weight. • Patent number: 10991049
Abstract: A first inspection of insured property is performed to detect hazardous conditions related to the insured property. This first inspection is performed using a first set of imagery data received from one or more imagery data sources. One or more preventive measures are recommended to address the detected hazardous conditions based on analysis of the first set of imagery data. A second inspection is performed using a second set of imagery data received from the imagery data sources. The second inspection is performed to verify that recommended preventive measures have been taken. The first and second sets of imagery data may contain satellite and aerial imagery. • Publication number: 20210095461
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to a structural frame member which includes a brace member that is used to absorb energy when the structural frame is subjected to loadings such as seismic, wind and gravity loads. The brace member is coupled to a restraining member that increases the buckling capacity of the brace member so that the brace member has approximately the same load axial capacity in compression as in tension. Embodiments of the invention also relate to the design, construction and assembly of the connection of the brace member that couples the brace member to a gusset plate which is coupled to the beam and column in the structural frame.

  • Publication number: 20210062424
Abstract: The disclosure is directed towards a through-air drying system comprising a hood and a rotatable cylinder with a porous cylindrical deck. The system includes a seal, and more particularly a seal along the lateral edges of the system. The seal generally prevents the exhaust of drying medium from the system through the gap between the hood and the rotatable cylinder and enables the system to be operated at positive air pressure. The seal may be formed by providing the hood with an axial hood flange, which extends at least partially along the bottom edge of the hood and overlaps an axial annular flange disposed on the cylinder when the hood is in a closed and sealed position.

  • Patent number: 10939052
Abstract: The invention disclosed herein concerns a privacy enhancing device for use with IP cameras and related methods. The privacy device includes an adjustable light filter and is configured to be placed over the lens of an IP camera such that the image captured by the IP camera passes through the filter. The transparency of the light filter is controlled using a control module in response to user inputs received using an on-board user interface so as to provide varying levels of privacy ranging from an opaque state and a transparent state. Inputs that serve to facilitate and enhance operation of the device can also be received from other input sources such as connected computing devices. For security, the control path defined by the control module and the on-board user input device can be isolated from other more sophisticated control devices that can be prone to hacking and remote control.

  • Publication number: 20200412685
Abstract: Example implementations relate to a communication association model. For example, a computing device may include a processor. The processor may access a first and a second communication, the second communication originating based on the first communication. The processor may analyze the first communication to obtain first data associated with the first communication and analyze the second communication to obtain the second data associated with the second communication, where the first data includes data associated with a first sender a first recipient of the first communication and the second data includes data associated with a second sender and a second recipient of the second communication. The processor may create an association between the first data and the second data and may generate a model specifying the associated based on the first data and the second data, where the model indicates an impact associated with the first communication and the second communication.
