  • Publication number: 20250259237
Abstract: According to some embodiments, an indication of a trade priced relative to a reference benchmark value (e.g., a trade at index close transaction) associated with an underlying index future may be received when a basis of the trade is agreed to by parties of the trade. Moreover, the indication may be received at least one day prior to a determination of a final price and quantity of the trade. The trade might create, according to some embodiments, any derivative, such as a future, an option, or a combination of put and call options. The trade may be reported and cleared, and it may then be arranged for the trade to physically settle into the underlying index future.

  • Publication number: 20250091181
Abstract: A power tool includes a housing with a motor housing portion, a handle portion extending from the motor housing portion, and a battery receptacle configured to receive a battery pack. An electric motor is supported in the motor housing portion. A trigger extends from the handle portion. An actuator is located on a top surface of the housing opposite the battery receptacle and includes a magnet. A sensor is positioned adjacent the actuator to detect a position of the magnet and output an actuator signal representative of a position of the actuator based on the detected position of the magnet. A controller is configured to control the electric motor based on the actuator signal received from the sensor such that the electric motor rotates in a first direction when the actuator is in the first position and rotates in an opposite direction when the actuator is in the second position.

  • Publication number: 20250083601
Abstract: A rearview assembly includes a mount, having a ball joint portion, and a main unit including a housing with a socket that receives the ball joint portion such that the main unit is articulable on the mount by rotation about three perpendicular axes. First and second magnets are positioned within the housing and are spaced apart to define a rotationally asymmetric combined magnetic field. First and second sensors are positioned within the housing are spaced apart so as to be collectively operably associated with the combined magnetic field, with articulation of the main unit on the mount causing movement of the first and second sensors with respect to the first and second magnets. A processor determines a rotational position of the main unit in relation to the mount about the three axes based on a combination of the magnetic field information from the first sensor and second sensors.
