Abstract: In some embodiments, a multi-model approach may be utilized to produce predictions with greater accuracy, which may then be used to generate content for one or more entities. In some embodiments, such models may include one or more machine learning models, heuristic models, exponential smoothing models, and/or other models. As an example, based on a processing volume corresponding to user data associated with a user, a first model may be selected for processing the user data over use of a second model for processing the user data. As such, based on the selection of the first machine learning model, the user data may be inputted into the first machine learning model to obtain a predicted result related to the user. Based on the predicted result, content for the user may be generated for display on a user device associated with the user.

The method may also include generating a second transaction originating from an account of the first server computer system, the second transaction comprising payment data associated with a user selected payment method for the first transaction. The method may also include transmitting the second transaction to a transaction interface of the first server computer system, and authorizing the second transaction with an authorization system using payment data associated with the user selected payment method for the first transaction to complete the first transaction.

In some embodiments, a method comprises: receiving, by one or more payment processing systems, from a plurality of merchant computing devices associated with a plurality of merchants, respectively, transaction data of transactions performed between the plurality of merchants and a plurality of customers; applying, by the one or more payment processing systems, an interpretable machine learning model framework to produce predictions based at least on the transaction data; determining whether to provide loan financing to merchants based on the predictions; and providing, by the payment processing system, loan financing to an account of at least one merchant in response to the determination, including configuring repayment terms individually for each of the merchants receiving the loan financing.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for a transaction processing system offering a service to a user system are described. The method may include accessing a plurality of transactions associated with the user system and processed by the transaction processing system over a period of time. The method may also include determining, based on the plurality of transactions, a processing volume of the transactions associated with the user system indicative of a total generated from the plurality of transactions over the period of time. The method may further include selecting a forecasting model from among a set of forecasting models based on the processing volume of the transactions associated with the user system. Furthermore, the method can include applying the selected forecasting model to generate a forecast for the user system, and generating an offer for a transaction processing system service based on the generated forecast.
