Abstract: The foldable frame cart carries items and doubles as a table. A main-frame has a pivotally attached upper framework, a lower frame stand and wheels attached to the main-frame. A panel attaches to the cart space defining members. The cart is a table when the main-frame is positioned horizontally on the ground. The upper and lower framework are fully extended. The cart has swivel locks. A lower swing arm safety latch system maintains the first frame stand in a fully extended position with respect to the main-frame. An off center swing hinge lock system pivotally attaches the upper framework to the main-frame. The hinge lock systems prohibits unintentional closure or collapse of the framework from its fully extended position with respect to the plane of the main-frame.

Abstract: An adjustment mechanism for a chair includes a housing and an adjustment element that is movable relative to the housing into a selectable one of at least two adjustment positions. Preferably, when assembled to a chair, the housing, possibly along with other elements of the chair, such as the armrest, completely encloses interlocking adjustment surfaces of the adjustment mechanism with the exception of a guide slot of the housing through which movement of the adjustment element is permitted between the at least two adjustment positions. The guide slot has a maximum width dimension sufficiently small to inhibit or prevent foreign objects from coming into contact with the interlocking adjustment surfaces of the adjustment mechanism.

Abstract: The collapsible cart includes forward leg members, rearward leg members, a lower frame, a forward frame gusset and a handle frame. The forward leg members are rotatably coupled to the rearward leg members. One end of the forward frame gusset is rotatably coupled to the forward leg members. The handle frame is pivotally mounted with respect to the forward leg members. The cart includes a lower frame with forward and rearward end portions, one of which is slidably mounted on the lower rear leg ends and other is pivotally hinged to the lower forward leg ends. In one embodiment, a slide lock structurally fixes the forward leg members to the handle frame. When unlocked, the handle frame pivots with respect to the forward leg members. A sack, bag or open ended flexible container is hung between the forward frame gusset and the handle frame.

Abstract: The folding chair with a movable shade includes a back support frame and a flexible back support, a seat support frame and a flexible seat and a cross frame member pivotally mounted between the back frame and the seat support frame to provide an angular seating position for the user. A shade member includes a shade frame and a shade element. The shade member is pivotally mounted to a top portion of the back support frame. A control member coupled either to the shade frame or the back support frame establishes the angular shade position of the shade with respect to the back support and the seat support.
