If the advertisement system receives a request for information on an enterprise or a business holder which provides goods or services that a customer desires to purchase from an advertisement target customer through the mobile device and provides information on companies or business holders providing corresponding goods or services according to the position of the customer and the customer selects a specific enterprise or business holder based on the provided information, the advertisement system connects the mobile homepage of the selected enterprise or business holder to the customer, so that the customer may conveniently grasp information on an enterprise or a business holder desired by the customer while minimizing the risk of exposing personal information of the customer.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for managing customers by using a mobile device, and in particular, to a system and method for managing customers by using a mobile device for dispatching a mobile gift card to potential customers, contacting the potential customers through telemarketing, introducing a mobile homepage assigned to a customer managing company to the potential customers so as to provide various benefits, linking the mobile homepage accessed by the potential customers to the social network service (SNS) account of the customer managing company, and providing information about a terminal or the mobile homepage of the customer managing company close to the potential customers by using a location information search in real time. Accordingly, the potential customer can receive various benefits and have continuous communication so that customer management effectiveness can be maximized and a secondary promotion for the customer management company is made possible.
