The present invention relates to a system and method for managing customers by using a mobile device, and in particular, to a system and method for managing customers by using a mobile device for dispatching a mobile gift card to potential customers, contacting the potential customers through telemarketing, introducing a mobile homepage assigned to a customer managing company to the potential customers so as to provide various benefits, linking the mobile homepage accessed by the potential customers to the social network service (SNS) account of the customer managing company, and providing information about a terminal or the mobile homepage of the customer managing company close to the potential customers by using a location information search in real time. Accordingly, the potential customer can receive various benefits and have continuous communication so that customer management effectiveness can be maximized and a secondary promotion for the customer management company is made possible.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a system and method for managing customers by using a mobile device, and in particular, to a system and method for managing customers by using a mobile device that transmits a mobile gift card to potential customers, contacts the potential customers through telemarketing, introduces a mobile homepage assigned to a customer managing company to the potential customers so as to provide various benefits to them, links the mobile homepage accessed by the potential customers with a social network service (SNS) account of the customer managing company, and provides information about a terminal or the mobile homepage of the customer managing company close to the potential customers by using a location information search in real time. Accordingly, the potential customer can receive various benefits in a simple and convenient manner and the mobile device can have a continuous communication with the potential customers so that customer management effectiveness can be maximized and a secondary promotion for the customer management company is made possible.

BACKGROUND ART

One of marketing techniques of a company for advertising products or services of the company is exemplified by telemarketing (TM), which is still utilized as a popular marketing strategy despite the advancement of information communication techniques such as the Internet or the like.

The telemarketing is accomplished by attempting a phone call to a wired or wireless telephone of a potential customer or sending a short message service (SMS) message or multimedia message service (MMS) message to him or her. In this case, probability of the telemarketing leading to an actual purchase of a product is quite low when the potential customer is randomly selected.

That is, when a phone call to the potential customer is attempted, the success rate of the call is low. Although the phone call is succeeded, the potential customer is highly likely to disconnect the phone call at the moment when recognizing it as a promotion call. In addition, if there is no special issue deserving to be shared with the potential customer, it will difficult for a first phone call to lead to second and third phone calls although the first phone call is succeeded.

In order to solve these problems, a method may be contemplated which improves the probability of actual purchase by preemptively providing the potential customers with an inducement of a certain level such as a gift card, mileage or the like to develop an issue deserving to be shared with potential customers.

For example, Korean Patent Laid-open Publication No. 10-2002-0040183 entitled “Marketing system and method using Internet” discloses that a marketing system includes a database for storing questionnaire pages, a member information storage unit for storing information on regular members who have attained a target point, a member information management unit for extracting member information of a target group from the member information storage unit and providing the extracted member information, a survey analysis unit for receiving and analyzing a result of survey and providing a result of the analysis, and a control unit for requesting extraction of member information corresponding to a target group for conducting a survey about a sample product, transmitting a questionnaire page stored in the database based on the provided member information, controlling the survey analysis unit to analyze a received survey result data, and providing a result of analyzing the survey.

However, the conventional marketing system of Korean Patent Laid-open Publication No. 10-2002-0040183 entails problems in that although a target customer is selected by awarding a predetermined point to a potential customer, it is only that information on customers responding to the survey is used or a target product is allowed to be used in advance, and in that since it is inconvenient for the potential customers to answer the questionnaire and a customer using the target product in advance is one who already has an intention to purchase the product, the marketing system does not provide a special inducement to him or her.

In addition, Korean Patent Laid-open Publication No. 10-2002-0040183 is not a technique capable of comprehensively grasping the tendency of potential customers from various viewpoints by linking a mobile homepage capable of being accessed by a mobile device, which is rapidly advanced recently, with customer management, combining the social network service (SNS) with customer management, or linking location information search with customer management.

DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION Technical Problem

Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems associated with the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to improve the effect of customer management by allowing a potential customer to receive a benefit in a simple and convenient way on the basis of a special issue deserving to be shared with the potential customer through a method of transmitting a mobile gift card to the potential customer, grasping whether or not the customer has received or used the mobile gift card and attempting a phone call or the like to the customer based thereon.

Another object of the present invention is to maximize the effect of customer management by utilizing continuous communication with a potential customer through a method of introducing a mobile homepage assigned to a customer management company to a customer who is determined to be highly probable to actually purchase a product by more than a predetermined level and awarding various types of mileage through the mobile homepage.

Still another object of the present invention is to maximize the effect of secondary promotion of the customer management company by linking a mobile homepage accessed by a potential customer with an SNS account of the customer management company and registering information bulletin board data or the like operated by the customer management company also in the SNS account.

Yet another object of the present invention is to allow a potential customer to simply and conveniently grasp a neighboring business place or directly contact with an individual business holder, a salesperson or the like by providing information on a mobile homepage, information on a terminal of a customer management company or the like to the potential customer when the potential customer searches for information on the customer management company existing in the vicinity of the customer.

Technical Solution

To achieve the above objects, in one aspect, the present invention provides a customer management system using a mobile device, the system including: an enterprise member terminal for transmitting information on a management target customer to a management server, receiving information on a mobile gift card transmission result from the management server, transmitting information related to creation of a mobile homepage to the management server, and receiving information related to mobile homepage connection and information on a new bulletin board comment from the management server; the management server for receiving the information on the management target customer from the enterprise member terminal, transmitting the mobile gift card to an individual member terminal if information on a mobile gift card authentication page is transmitted to the individual member terminal and authentication is completed, transmitting the information on the mobile gift card transmission result to the enterprise member terminal, receiving the information related to creation of a mobile homepage from the enterprise member terminal and creating the mobile homepage, transmitting mobile homepage guide information to the individual member terminal of a mobile homepage guide target customer, and transmitting the information related to mobile homepage connection and the information on the new bulletin board comment to the enterprise member terminal; and the individual member terminal for receiving information on the mobile gift card authentication page from the management server and performing authentication, receiving the mobile gift card from the management server, and receiving the mobile homepage guide information from the management server and connecting to the mobile homepage.

In the customer management system of the present invention, the management server may include: an event management means for receiving information on the management target customer who is a target to which the mobile gift card will be provided from the enterprise member terminal, receiving information on the mobile homepage guide target customer from the enterprise member terminal, transmitting information on the mobile gift card authentication page to the individual member terminal and transmitting the mobile gift card to the individual member terminal if the authentication is completed, and transmitting the information on the mobile gift card transmission result to the enterprise member terminal; and a homepage management means for receiving the information related to creation of a mobile homepage from the enterprise member terminal and creating the mobile homepage, transmitting the mobile homepage guide information and quick response (QR) code information to the individual member terminal of the mobile homepage guide target customer, transmitting information related to mobile homepage connection and information on the new bulletin board comment to the enterprise member terminal, and awarding mileage for mobile homepage activities of the individual member terminal based on predetermined criteria.

In addition, in the customer management system of the present invention, the homepage management means may include a function of transmitting a link request to an SNS server when receiving the SNS link request for linking the information on the new bulletin board comment of the mobile homepage from the enterprise member terminal.

In another aspect, the present invention provides a customer management system using a mobile device, the system including: an enterprise member terminal for transmitting information related to creation of a mobile homepage to a management server, and receiving information related to mobile homepage connection and information on a new bulletin board comment from the management server; the management server for receiving the information related to creation of a mobile homepage from the enterprise member terminal and creating the mobile homepage, transmitting mobile homepage guide information to the individual member terminal of the mobile homepage guide target customer, transmitting the information related to mobile homepage connection and the information on the new bulletin board comment to the enterprise member terminal, receiving a request for searching for information on a location of the enterprise member terminal from the individual member terminal, and transmitting information on the enterprise member terminal positioned within a predetermined distance from the individual member terminal to the individual member terminal; and the individual member terminal for receiving the mobile homepage guide information from the management server and connecting to the mobile homepage, transmitting the request for searching for information on a location of the enterprise member terminal to the management server and receiving information on the enterprise member terminal positioned within a predetermined distance from the management server.

In still another aspect, the present invention provides a customer management method using a mobile device, the method including the steps of: (A) allowing a management server to receive information on a management target customer who is a target to which a mobile gift card will be provided from an enterprise member terminal; (B) allowing the management server to transmit information on a mobile gift card authentication page to an individual member terminal and transmit the mobile gift card to the individual member terminal if authentication is completed; (C) allowing the management server to transmit a mobile gift card transmission result to the enterprise member terminal; (D) allowing the management server to receive information related to creation of a mobile homepage from the enterprise member terminal and create the mobile homepage; (E) allowing the management server to transmit mobile homepage guide information to the individual member terminal of a mobile homepage guide target customer; and (F) allowing the management server to transmit information related to mobile homepage connection and information on a new bulletin board comment to the enterprise member terminal.

In the customer management method of the present invention, the customer management method may further include, between steps (D) and (E), (D1) allowing the management server to receive information on the mobile homepage guide target customer from the enterprise member terminal.

In addition, in the customer management method of the present invention, the customer management method may further include, after step (F), (F1) allowing the management server to transmit a link request to an SNS server if an SNS link request for linking the information on the new bulletin board comment of the mobile homepage is received from the enterprise member terminal. In yet another aspect, the present invention provides a customer management method using a mobile device, the method including the steps of: (A′) allowing a management server to receive information related to creation of a mobile homepage from an enterprise member terminal and create the mobile homepage; (B′) allowing the management server to transmit mobile homepage guide information to an individual member terminal of a mobile homepage guide target customer; (C′) allowing the management server to transmit information related to mobile homepage connection and information on a new bulletin board comment to the enterprise member terminal; (D′) allowing the management server to receive a request for searching for information on a location of the enterprise member terminal from the individual member terminal, and (E′) allowing the management server to provide location information of the enterprise member terminal existing within a predetermined distance from the individual member terminal to the individual member terminal so that the individual member terminal can connect to the mobile homepage of the enterprise member terminal.

Advantageous Effects

In accordance with the present invention, it is effective in that the effect of customer management is improved by allowing a potential customer to receive a benefit in a simple and convenient way on the basis of a special issue deserving to be shared with the potential customer through a method of transmitting a mobile gift card to the potential customer, grasping whether or not the customer has received or used the mobile gift card and attempting a phone call or the like to the customer based thereon.

In accordance with the present invention, it is effective in that the effect of customer management is maximized by utilizing continuous communication with a potential customer through a method of introducing a mobile homepage assigned to a customer management company to a customer who is determined to be highly probable to actually purchase a product by more than a predetermined level and awarding various types of mileage through the mobile homepage.

In accordance with the present invention, it is effective in that the effect of secondary promotion of the customer management company is maximized by linking a mobile homepage accessed by a potential customer with an SNS account of the customer management company, and registering information bulletin board data or the like operated by the customer management company also in the SNS account.

In accordance with the present invention, it is effective in that a potential customer is allowed to simply and conveniently grasp a neighboring business place or directly contact with an individual business holder, a salesperson or the like by providing information on a mobile homepage, information on a terminal of a customer management company or the like to the potential customer if the potential customer searches for information on the customer management company existing in the neighborhood of the customer.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described hereinafter in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Prior to the description, the terms or words used in the specification and the claims are not limited to or should not be construed as being typical or dictionary meanings, but should be construed as meanings and concepts which conform with the technical spirit of the present invention based on the principle that an inventor may properly define the concepts of the terms in order to describe his invention using the best method.

In the following description, the detailed description on known function and constructions unnecessarily obscuring the subject matter of the present invention will be avoided hereinafter.

Hereinafter, a customer management system using a mobile device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4.

FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing the entire configuration of a customer management system using a mobile device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing the detailed configuration of an event management means according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing the detailed configuration of a homepage management means according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a block diagram showing the detailed configuration of a location information providing means according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the customer management system using a mobile device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes an enterprise member terminal 100, a management server 200, an individual member terminal 300, and an SNS server 400.

First, the enterprise member terminal 100 is a terminal of an enterprise member (an enterprise or an individual business holder) who desires to use customer management service provided according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the enterprise member terminal 100 transmits information on a management target customer to the management server 200 and receives information on a mobile gift card transmission result from the management server 200.

In addition, the enterprise member terminal 100 transmits information related to creation of a mobile homepage and information on a mobile homepage guide target customer to the management server 200 and receives information on a quick response (QR) code, information related to mobile homepage connection and information on new bulletin board comments from the management server 200.

Although it is assumed that the enterprise member terminal 100 is a personal computer (PC) or a terminal such as a smart phone or the like, preferably a smart phone, for convenience in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the enterprise member terminal 100 may be a server managed by an enterprise member and may construct a customer management database containing information on management target customers.

Meanwhile, the enterprise member terminal 100 includes a GNSS receiver for a location information providing service described below, and the GNSS receiver derives coordinates of a position of a separate navigation satellite based on information on the satellite trajectory (ephemeris) received after connecting to the satellite through a wired or wireless Internet network and derives coordinates of a position of a user based on the derived coordinates of the position of the satellite.

The type of the enterprise member is not specially limited, and, particularly, it may be an insurance company or a security company employing telemarketing as a customer management method or, regionally, a variety of business types, for example, a business holder running a self-employed small business such as a restaurant, a retail store or the like.

Specifically, the enterprise member terminal 100 transmits information on a management target customer selected as a target of customer management to the management server 200, and the management target customer information may include a variety of information that an enterprise member obtains from the customer and will include a phone number of the individual member terminal 300 (a customer terminal).

The enterprise member terminal 100 receives a variety of information, such as a time of transmitting a mobile gift card guide message, a result of transmission, a time of connecting to an authentication page by the individual member terminal 300, a time of receiving the mobile gift card by the individual member terminal 300, whether or not the mobile gift card is actually used and the like, from the management server 200, and efficiency of the marketing can be maximized through an issue related to the mobile gift card and shared with the potential customer by performing telemarketing based on the information.

At this point, the type of the mobile gift card guide message may include a Short Message Service (SMS), a Multimedia Message Service (MMS), a Long Message Service (LMS), a URL-SMS and a push notification, and, hereinafter, this corresponds to a case of referring to a “Guide message”.

Particularly, the URL-SMS information means information of a method combining an SMS and wireless Internet information of a cellular phone, which is a guide message transmitted together with a WAP page so as to conveniently connect to a wireless Internet.

Of course, the type of the guide message is not limited to the types described above in the present invention, and it is apparent that it may be set through any method that can provide predetermined information.

In addition, the enterprise member terminal 100 selects a customer for whom further consistent customer management is required as a mobile homepage guide target customer based on the information on a mobile gift card transmission result, and a foundation for consistently maintaining the sales can be established by continuously communicating with the customer through the mobile homepage assigned to the enterprise member terminal 100.

For example, the mobile homepage guide target customer may be selected in a variety of ways, such as selecting an individual member terminal 300 receiving the mobile gift card or selecting an individual member terminal 300 connecting to an authentication page within a predetermined time after the mobile gift card guide message is transmitted.

In addition, the management server 200 is a server of a person operating the customer management service according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention and includes an event management means 210, a homepage management means 220, a location information providing means 230, a member management means 240 and a database 250.

The event management means 210 manages mobile gift card events for the individual member terminal 300. The event management means 210 includes a customer information receiving means 211, an authentication page guide means 212, an additional information receiving means 213, an event providing means 214, and an event information providing means 215.

The customer information receiving means 211 receives information on a management target customer who is selected as a target of customer management, i.e., a target to which a mobile gift card will be provided from the enterprise member terminal 100.

Particularly, the customer information receiving means 211 receives information on the mobile homepage guide target customer from the enterprise member terminal 100 and transmits a mobile homepage guide message managed by the homepage management means 220 to the individual member terminal 300 of the mobile homepage guide target customer.

A customer who is determined to be highly probable to actually purchase a product and requires consistent customer management as a result of comprehensively analyzing information on a mobile gift card transmission result described below will be selected as a mobile homepage guide target customer, and whether or not a mobile gift card is received, a time of connecting to an authentication page after a mobile gift card guide message is transmitted or the like may be used as a basis for the determination.

Meanwhile, although it is assumed that the information on the mobile homepage guide target customer is received from the enterprise member terminal 100 in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the customer information receiving means 211 may determine the mobile homepage guide target customer according to preset determination criteria.

The authentication page guide means 212 transmits information on an authentication page for receiving a mobile gift card to the individual member terminal 300, together with information related to a mobile gift card event, and preferably transmits information on the authentication page provided by the event management means 210 as a guide message.

The additional information receiving means 213 receives additional information from the individual member terminal 300 when it is needed for the marketing of an enterprise, preferably receives additional information input by the individual member terminal 300 on the authentication page provided by the event management means 210, and provides an additional mobile gift card when the additional information is received.

The event providing means 214 provides a mobile gift card to the individual member terminal 300 when authentication is accomplished by inputting an authentication number, e.g., a phone number, of the individual member terminal 300 on the authentication page provided by the event management means 210.

The event information providing means 215 transmits information on a mobile gift card transmission result to the enterprise member terminal 100, and information on a mobile gift card transmission result may include a time of transmitting a mobile gift card guide message, whether or not transmission is succeeded, a time of connecting to an authentication page by the individual member terminal 300, a time of receiving the mobile gift card by the individual member terminal 300, information on whether or not the mobile gift card is actually used and the like.

Additionally, the type of the mobile gift card provided by the event providing means 214 is not specially limited, and an individual member may use the mobile gift card to purchase a product by actually visiting a store after receiving the mobile gift card.

However, it is preferable that the customer information receiving means 211 receives a type of the mobile gift card or detailed conditions of a mobile gift card event from the enterprise member terminal 100, together with information on the management target customer, and this may follow the conditions previously set by the event providing means 214.

Next, the homepage management means 220 manages a mobile homepage assigned to the enterprise member terminal 100 by the management server 200 and includes a homepage information receiving means 221, a homepage creation means 222, a notification means 223, a linking means 224, and a mileage management means 225.

The homepage information receiving means 221 receives information related to creation of a mobile homepage from the enterprise member terminal 100 and may use the information to create a mobile homepage.

The information related to creation of a mobile homepage may include information on an enterprise member, information on a skin (a basic template of a mobile web), information on a product, information on a bulletin board and the like.

Meanwhile, although it is assumed that the information related to creation of a mobile homepage is received from the enterprise member terminal 100 in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the present invention is not limited thereto, and information related to creation of a mobile homepage previously set for a specific enterprise member or information collectively set for enterprise members may be used by the homepage information receiving means 221.

The homepage creation means 222 creates a mobile homepage of a specific enterprise member and a quick response (QR) code based on the information related to creation of a mobile homepage.

Accordingly, the enterprise member may conveniently advertise goods and services of the company at a low price through the homepage provided by the management server 200, and various potential customers may be absorbed by advertising the mobile homepage address or the QR code through various types of printed materials, catalogues or the like, as well as on-line media.

The notification means 223 periodically or randomly transmits information related to mobile homepage connection to the enterprise member terminal 100 and, particularly, notifies information on a new bulletin board comment to the enterprise member terminal 100 by means of a guide message.

The information related to mobile homepage connection may be information on the number of visitors, the number of re-visitors, a connection time, a most frequently connected page and the like, and an enterprise member may maintain optimum customer management based on the information related to mobile homepage connection.

Purchase, inquiry of use, order, pre-order or the like of goods, events, contents or the like is made on the bulletin board of the mobile homepage, and when a new comment such as a posting, an SNS comment, a request for pre-order, a request for a phone call or the like is registered by the individual member terminal 300, the comment is notified to the enterprise member terminal 100 in real-time, and thus the enterprise member may promptly process the business.

The linking means 224 may register information on a new bulletin board comment of a mobile homepage, particularly, information on an information bulletin board comment, in the SNS account of the enterprise member terminal 100 by transmitting a link request for the information on the new bulletin board comment to the SNS server 400.

The bulletin board of the mobile homepage is largely divided into a service bulletin board and an information bulletin board, and it can be understood that the service bulletin board is a bulletin board for registering comments on purchase, inquiry of use, order, pre-order or the like on goods, events, contents or the like, and the information bulletin board is a bulletin board for registering promotion data for various goods, events, contents or the like and comments on other additional data or the like.

Owning to the SNS link of the enterprise member terminal 100, the customer may conveniently confirm various data introduced or advertised by the enterprise member in real-time on the SNS service and use the data as reference data for selecting a service of the enterprise member in the future.

In addition, when an SNS link request for linking the information on the new bulletin board comment of the mobile homepage is received from the individual member terminal 300, the linking means 224 may register the new bulletin board comment in the SNS account of the individual member by transmitting the link request to the SNS server 400.

The mileage management means 225 awards mileage to the individual member terminal 300 based on predetermined criteria and periodically or randomly, preferably at the time point of awarding the mileage, transmits information on the awarded mileage to the individual member terminal 300 in the form of a guide message.

For example, the mileage management means 225 accumulates mileage such as one thousand points when the individual member terminal 300 connects to a specific mobile homepage, two thousand points when a new comment is registered on the bulletin board of the mobile homepage by the individual member terminal 300, and five thousand points when purchase of a product is requested or use of a mobile gift card or mileage is requested by the individual member terminal 300 through the actual visit to a store, and notifies the accumulated mileage.

The mileage awarded by the mileage management means 225 may be awarded according to a condition previously set by an enterprise member requesting creation of the mobile homepage, and, therefore, since the individual member may receive a predetermined benefit, this may function as a motive of continuously visiting the mobile homepage.

Next, the location information providing means 230 provides the individual member terminal 300 with location information of a sales office or an enterprise member terminal 100 of the enterprise member in real-time and includes a search request receiving means 231, a search means 232 and a search information providing means 233.

The search request receiving means 231 displays a web page capable of searching for location information to the individual member terminal 300 and receives a specific keyword from the individual member terminal 300.

The input keyword may be, for example, “coffee shop”, “Korean restaurant”, “restaurant”, cellular phone” or the like, and, accordingly, the individual member terminal 300 may grasp the location of a nearby sales office of a corresponding business type or the position of a salesperson or a individual business holder in real-time.

Although it is preferable that the individual member terminal 300 requesting searching for location information is a terminal of a customer who receives information on a guide to a mobile gift card or a mobile homepage, the present invention is apparently not limited thereto.

The search means 232 searches for a sales office or an enterprise member terminal 100 of an enterprise member existing within a predetermined radius from the individual member terminal 300 in response to the request for searching for location information of the individual member terminal 300.

Although the search means 232 may employ a plurality of methods as a method of searching for location information of the enterprise member terminal 100, a method using coordinates of a position of a satellite received from the enterprise member terminal 100 and coordinates of a position of the enterprise member terminal 100 may be employed.

The search information providing means 233 provides the individual member terminal 300 with information on a sales office or an enterprise member terminal 100 of the enterprise member existing within a predetermined radius from the individual member terminal 300 in real-time.

Specifically, the search information providing means 233 displays information on a sales office or an enterprise member terminal 100 of an enterprise member adjacent to the position of the individual member terminal 300 on a map in a form combined with map information.

Particularly, the location information providing means 230 preferably displays information on a sales office or an enterprise member terminal 100 of an enterprise member assigned with a mobile homepage based on the information managed by the homepage management means 220.

If an individual member clicks the searched sales office on the individual member terminal 300, the individual member terminal 300 is connected to the mobile homepage assigned to the searched sales office, and if the individual member clicks the searched enterprise member terminal 100, the individual member terminal 300 is also connected to the mobile homepage of the enterprise member terminal 100, and, therefore, the individual member may conveniently grasp detailed information on a corresponding enterprise member.

Particularly, according to the present invention, since location information of an enterprise member terminal 100 adjacent to the individual member is provided in real-time, the individual member may directly contact with the enterprise member, i.e., an individual business holder or a salesperson who is currently moving, and consult with the enterprise member or conveniently purchase a product or a service.

Next, the member management means 240 receives information on a member from the enterprise member terminal 100 or the individual member terminal 300 and processes log-in of the enterprise member terminal 100 or the individual member terminal 300 on the mobile homepage.

Finally, the database 250 stores various kinds of information and includes a member information database, an event information database and a homepage information database.

The member information database stores various kinds of member information of an enterprise member or an individual member, such as enterprise information, personal information, additional information, a member ID, a password, SNS account information and the like, particularly, location information of the enterprise member, and stores updated information when related information is updated.

The event information database stores information related to a mobile gift card event, such as information on management target customers, information on an authentication page, information on a mobile gift card transmission result, detailed information on the mobile gift card event and the like and stores updated information when related information is updated.

The homepage information database stores information related to a mobile homepage, such as information on mobile homepage guide target customers, information related to creation of the mobile homepage, information on a QR code, information related to mobile homepage connection, information on a new bulletin board comment, information on mileage of each individual member and the like and stores updated information when related information is updated.

In addition, the individual member terminal 300 is a terminal of a management target customer using a customer management service, a customer using a mobile homepage, or a customer using a location information search service according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. The individual member terminal 300 receives information on an authentication page for receiving a mobile gift card, together with information related to a mobile gift card event, from the management server 200, transmits authentication information and additional information to the management server 200, and receives a mobile gift card from the management server 200.

In addition, the individual member terminal 300 receives a mobile homepage guide message from the management server 200, connects to the mobile homepage, registers a new bulletin board comment on the connected mobile homepage, registers an SNS link request, and receives information on mileage award.

In addition, the individual member terminal 300 transmits a request for searching for information on the location of a sales office or an enterprise member terminal 100 of an enterprise member adjacent to the individual member terminal 300 to the management server 200 and receives a result of searching for the location information from the management server 200.

Although it is preferable that the individual member terminal 300 is a smart phone capable of displaying a mobile webpage, the present invention is not limited thereto.

Meanwhile, the individual member terminal 300 includes a GNSS receiver for the location information providing service described above, and the GNSS receiver derives coordinates of a position of a separate navigation satellite based on information on the satellite trajectory (ephemeris) received after connecting to the satellite through a wired or wireless Internet network and derives coordinates of a position of a user based on the derived coordinates of the position of the satellite.

In addition, the SNS server 400 is a server of a person operating a Social Network Service, which receives a link request for the information on a new bulletin board comment and links the information to the SNS account of the individual member terminal 300 to confirm the new bulletin board comment on the SNS.

The type of the SNS provided by the SNS server 400 is not specially limited and may be Twitter, Facebook, Me2 day or the like.

According to the customer management system according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention described above, since a contact point of a potential customer may be constantly maintained through a mobile gift card event and bidirectional communication with a potential customer who is highly probable to actually purchase a product is consistently maintained through a mobile homepage, additional sales increase may be expected, and the effect of promotion can be maximized through the linking to the SNS.

From the viewpoint of a customer, since the customer may purchase a product on favorable conditions through the benefit of the mobile gift card, obtain detailed information on a desired product or an event through a convenient method of connecting to a mobile homepage, and receive predetermined mileage at each step of connecting to a mobile homepage, creating a new bulletin board comment, purchasing a product and the like, time and cost can be saved.

In addition, from the viewpoint of a potential customer, since the potential customer may search for the position of a sales office, an individual business holder, a salesperson or the like of an enterprise member in the neighborhood of the potential customer in real-time and conveniently connect to a mobile homepage of the corresponding enterprise member or contact with a terminal of the individual business holder or the salesperson, the potential customer may easily purchase a desired product or service even while moving.

Hereinafter, a customer management method using a mobile device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 5 to 8.

FIG. 5 is an overall flowchart illustrating a customer management method using a mobile device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 6 is a detailed flowchart illustrating a mobile gift card event management step according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 7 is a detailed flowchart illustrating a mobile homepage management step according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 8 is a detailed flowchart illustrating a location information providing step according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

First, as shown in FIG. 5, the event management means 210 of the management server 200 manages a mobile gift card event for the individual member terminal 300 S10.

Step S10 will be described below in detail with reference to FIG. 6.

First, the customer information receiving means 211 of the management server 200 receives information on a management target customer who is selected as a target of customer management, i.e., a target to which a mobile gift card will be provided from the enterprise member terminal 100 (S11).

Then, the authentication page guide means 212 of the management server 200 transmits information on an authentication page for receiving a mobile gift card to the individual member terminal 300, together with information related to a mobile gift card event (S12).

The information on an authentication page transmitted at step S12 may include information on an additional information input page through which the individual member terminal 300 may input additional information.

Then, the event providing means 214 of the management server 200 provides a mobile gift card to the individual member terminal 300 when authentication is accomplished by inputting an authentication number, e.g., a phone number, of the individual member terminal 300 on the authentication page provided by the event management means 210 (S13).

Thereafter, the event information providing means 215 of the management server 200 transmits information on a mobile gift card transmission result to the enterprise member terminal 100 (S14).

The mobile gift card transmission result of step S14 may include a time of transmitting a mobile gift card guide message, a result of transmission, a time of connecting to an authentication page by the individual member terminal 300, a time of receiving the mobile gift card by the individual member terminal 300, information on whether or not the mobile gift card is actually used and the like.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the homepage management means 220 of the management server 200 manages a mobile homepage assigned to the enterprise member terminal 100 (S20).

Step S20 will be described below in detail with reference to FIG. 7.

First, the homepage information receiving means 221 of the management server 200 receives information related to creation of a mobile homepage from the enterprise member terminal 100 (S21).

The information related to creation of a mobile homepage of step S21 may include information on the enterprise member, information on the skin (a basic template of a mobile web), information on a product, information on a bulletin board and the like.

Thereafter, the homepage creation means 222 of the management server 200 creates a mobile homepage of a specific enterprise member and a quick response (QR) code based on the information related to creation of a mobile homepage (S22).

Subsequently, the customer information receiving means 211 of the management server 200 receives information on a mobile homepage guide target customer from the enterprise member terminal 100 and transmits a mobile homepage guide message to the individual member terminal 300 of the mobile homepage guide target customer (S23).

Then, the notification means 223 of the management server 200 periodically or randomly transmits information related to mobile homepage connection to the enterprise member terminal 100 and, particularly, notifies information on a new bulletin board comment to the enterprise member terminal 100 by means of a guide message (S24).

The information related to mobile homepage connection of step S24 may be information on the number of visitors, the number of re-visitors, a connection time, a most frequently connected page and the like.

In addition, purchase, inquiry of use, order, pre-order or the like of goods, events, contents or the like is made on the bulletin board of the mobile homepage, and when a new comment such as a posting, an SNS comment, a request for pre-order, a request for a phone call or the like is registered by the individual member terminal 300, the comment is notified to the enterprise member terminal 100 in real-time, and thus the enterprise member may promptly process the business.

Then, the mileage management means 225 of the management server 200 awards mileage to the individual member terminal 300 based on predetermined criteria and periodically or randomly, preferably at the time point of awarding the mileage, transmits information on the awarded mileage to the individual member terminal 300 in the form of a guide message (S25).

Additionally, when an SNS link request for linking the information on the new bulletin board comment of the mobile homepage is received, the linking means 224 may register the new bulletin board comment in the SNS account of the individual member by transmitting a link request to the SNS server 400 (S26).

Finally, as shown in FIG. 5, the location information providing means 230 of the management server 200 provides the individual member terminal 300 with location information of a sales office or an enterprise member terminal 100 of an enterprise member adjacent to the individual member terminal 300 (S30).

Step S30 will be described below in detail with reference to FIG. 8.

First, the search request receiving means 231 of the management server 200 displays a web page capable of searching for location information to the individual member terminal 300 and receives a specific keyword from the individual member terminal 300 (S31).

Thereafter, the search means 232 of the management server 200 searches for a sales office or an enterprise member terminal 100 of an enterprise member existing within a predetermined radius from the individual member terminal 300 in response to the request for searching for location information of the individual member terminal 300 (S32).

1. A customer management system using a mobile device, the system comprising:

an enterprise member terminal 100 for transmitting information on a management target customer to a management server 200, receiving information on a mobile gift card transmission result from the management server 200, transmitting information related to creation of a mobile homepage to the management server 200, and receiving information related to mobile homepage connection and information on a new bulletin board comment from the management server 200;
the management server 200 for receiving the information on the management target customer from the enterprise member terminal 100, transmitting the mobile gift card to an individual member terminal 300 if information on a mobile gift card authentication page is transmitted to the individual member terminal 300 and authentication is completed, transmitting the information on the mobile gift card transmission result to the enterprise member terminal 100, receiving the information related to creation of a mobile homepage from the enterprise member terminal 100 and creating the mobile homepage, transmitting mobile homepage guide information to the individual member terminal 300 of a mobile homepage guide target customer, and transmitting the information related to mobile homepage connection and the information on the new bulletin board comment to the enterprise member terminal 100; and
the individual member terminal 300 for receiving information on the mobile gift card authentication page from the management server 200 and performing authentication, receiving the mobile gift card from the management server 200, and receiving the mobile homepage guide information from the management server 200 and connecting to the mobile homepage.

2. The customer management system according to claim 1, wherein the management server 200 includes:

an event management means 210 for receiving information on the management target customer who is a target to which the mobile gift card will be provided from the enterprise member terminal 100, receiving information on the mobile homepage guide target customer from the enterprise member terminal 100, transmitting information on the mobile gift card authentication page to the individual member terminal 300 and transmitting the mobile gift card to the individual member terminal 300 if the authentication is completed, and transmitting the information on the mobile gift card transmission result to the enterprise member terminal 100; and
a homepage management means 220 for receiving the information related to creation of a mobile homepage from the enterprise member terminal 100 and creating the mobile homepage, transmitting the mobile homepage guide information and quick response (QR) code information to the individual member terminal 300 of the mobile homepage guide target customer, transmitting information related to mobile homepage connection and information on the new bulletin board comment to the enterprise member terminal 100, and awarding mileage for mobile homepage activities of the individual member terminal 300 based on predetermined criteria.

3. The customer management system according to claim 2, wherein the homepage management means 220 includes a function of transmitting a link request to an SNS server 400 when receiving the SNS link request for linking the information on the new bulletin board comment of the mobile homepage from the enterprise member terminal 100.

4. A customer management system using a mobile device, the system comprising:

an enterprise member terminal 200 for transmitting information related to creation of a mobile homepage to a management server 200, and receiving information related to mobile homepage connection and information on a new bulletin board comment from the management server 200;
the management server 200 for receiving the information related to creation of a mobile homepage from the enterprise member terminal 100 and creating the mobile homepage, transmitting mobile homepage guide information to the individual member terminal 300 of the mobile homepage guide target customer, transmitting the information related to mobile homepage connection and the information on the new bulletin board comment to the enterprise member terminal 100, receiving a request for searching for information on a location of the enterprise member terminal 100 from the individual member terminal 300, and transmitting information on the enterprise member terminal 100 positioned within a predetermined distance from the individual member terminal 300 to the individual member terminal 300; and
the individual member terminal 300 for receiving the mobile homepage guide information from the management server 200 and connecting to the mobile homepage, transmitting the request for searching for information on a location of the enterprise member terminal 100 to the management server 200 and receiving information on the enterprise member terminal 100 positioned within a predetermined distance from the management server 200.

5. A customer management method using a mobile device, the method comprising the steps of:

(A) allowing a management server 200 to receive information on a management target customer who is a target to which a mobile gift card will be provided from an enterprise member terminal 100;
(B) allowing the management server 200 to transmit information on a mobile gift card authentication page to an individual member terminal 300 and transmit the mobile gift card to the individual member terminal 300 if authentication is completed;
(C) allowing the management server 200 to transmit a mobile gift card transmission result to the enterprise member terminal 100;
(D) allowing the management server 200 to receive information related to creation of a mobile homepage from the enterprise member terminal 100 and create the mobile homepage;
(E) allowing the management server 200 to transmit mobile homepage guide information to the individual member terminal 300 of a mobile homepage guide target customer; and
(F) allowing the management server 200 to transmit information related to mobile homepage connection and information on a new bulletin board comment to the enterprise member terminal 100.

6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the customer management method further comprises, between steps (D) and (E), (D1) allowing the management server 200 to receive information on the mobile homepage guide target customer from the enterprise member terminal 100.

7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the customer management method further comprises, after step (F), (F1) allowing the management server 200 to transmit a link request to an SNS server 400 if an SNS link request for linking the information on the new bulletin board comment of the mobile homepage is received from the enterprise member terminal 100.

8. A customer management method using a mobile device, the method including the steps of:

(A′) allowing a management server 200 to receive information related to creation of a mobile homepage from an enterprise member terminal 100 and create the mobile homepage;
(B′) allowing the management server 200 to transmit mobile homepage guide information to an individual member terminal 300 of a mobile homepage guide target customer;
(C′) allowing the management server 200 to transmit information related to mobile homepage connection and information on a new bulletin board comment to the enterprise member terminal 100;
(D′) allowing the management server 200 to receive a request for searching for information on a location of the enterprise member terminal 100 from the individual member terminal 300, and
(E′) allowing the management server 200 to provide location information of the enterprise member terminal existing within a predetermined distance from the individual member terminal 300 to the individual member terminal 100 so that the individual member terminal 300 can connect to the mobile homepage of the enterprise member terminal 100.
