The method for operating the UE includes receiving a message comprising a bitmap indicating activation or deactivation of at least one of the one or more secondary frequencies from the BS, and activating or deactivating the at least one of the one or more secondary frequencies based on the received message.

The method includes: transmitting a first sub-band preparation indicator, which indicates that the mobile station has been prepared for transmission/reception of a signal through a first sub-band, to a base station through a primary band; transmitting a first sub-band failure indicator to the base station through the primary band upon detecting failure in transmitting the first sub-band preparation indicator; receiving sub-band information on a second sub-band, which is different from the first sub-band, from the BS through the primary band; and acquiring synchronization with the second sub-band, so as to enable transmission/reception of a signal through the second sub-band based on the sub-band information.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a balloon-mounted stent configured such that a balloon is formed at the front end of a stent, and a metal stent is deployed to a precise stenotic region to widen the stenotic region, and the present invention provides a balloon-mounted stent deployment apparatus comprising an inner tube, a balloon connected to the outside of the inner tube, and a stent located at one side of the balloon and installed outside the inner tube, in which, when the balloon is inflated, the balloon acts as a stopper for the stent. Therefore, during stent deployment procedures, the position of the stent in a stenotic region can be determined more accurately and easily.

Abstract: A method for controlling power in a communication system is disclosed. The power control method includes the steps of calculating a first offset according to traffic information of a mobile station and data transmission channel quality information of the mobile station, determining a second offset according to received channel quality information of the mobile station, received from the mobile station, determining a third offset according to interference information received from other base stations neighboring the base station, and transmitting, to the mobile station, power control information determined based on the first offset, the second offset and the third offset.
