  • Publication number: 20060207273
Abstract: A method of controlling an over-load cooling operation of an air conditioner includes over-load operation mode in which, when an outdoor pipe temperature and an outdoor temperature exceeds reference temperatures, respectively, the operation capacity is changed to a low-level operation capacity, which is lower than the current operation capacity, the low-level operation capacity being one of plural operation capacities set according to the operation capacities of compressors, and the operation is performed, and normal operation mode in which the outdoor pipe temperature is measured every predetermined period of time after the operation is performed in the over-load operation mode, and, when the measured outdoor pipe temperature is below the reference temperature, the operation is performed according to a signal from a thermostat.

  • Publication number: 20060171209
Abstract: The present invention discloses a charge trap flash memory cell with multi-doped layers at the active region, a memory array using of the memory cell, and an operating method of the same. The charge trap memory cell structure of the present invention is characterized by forming multi-doped layers at the active region appropriately, and it is a difference from the conventional art. The present invention induces electrons to band-to-band tunnel at the PN junction with the source/drain region by the multi-doped layers, and accelerates the electrons at the reverse bias to generate an avalanche phenomenon. Therefore, the method for operating a memory array of the present invention comprises programming by injecting holes which are generated by the avalanche phenomenon into multi-dielectric layers of each memory cells, and erasing by injecting electrons through an F-N tunneling from channels into the multi-dielectric layers of each memory cells.

  • Publication number: 20060158404
Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode display (OELD) device is presented that reduces the number of outputs of a data driver. The OELD device includes data and scan lines which cross each other. Pixel cells that contain organic electro-luminescence diodes are arranged in a matrix in pixel areas between the data lines and the scan lines. The pixel cells are arranged in different colors in a vertical direction and in the same color in a horizontal direction. A data driver supplies data to the data lines. A scan driver supplies a scan signal to the scan lines.

  • Publication number: 20060150667
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a heat exchanger for use in an air conditioner. The heat exchanger is provided with a path switching unit at a tube that forms a refrigerant path. The path switching unit is used to switch the flow path of a refrigerant passing through the tube in accordance with a cooling or heating load, thereby regulating the flow rate of the refrigerant. The use of the path switching unit has the effect of achieving an effective control of cooling or heating capacity thereof based on an external load.
