Abstract: An endoluminal needle or punch is describes wherein the distal end of the endoluminal needle is able to articulate laterally out of the longitudinal axis of the steerable endoluminal needle. The endoluminal needle further comprise a blunted distal end configuration that is minimally traumatic. Under control by the user, at the proximal end of the endoluminal needle, a sharp stylet can be advanced to punch tissue and then be retracted to maximize safety. The endoluminal needle is configured for use within an introducer.

Abstract: A transseptal needle or punch is described wherein the distal end of the transseptal needle is able to articulate laterally out of the longitudinal axis of the steerable transseptal needle. The transseptal needle includes a blunted distal end configuration that is minimally traumatic. Under control by the user or a computer, the transseptal needle can be articulated to generate various curves with high bending force. The transseptal needle is configured for use with an introducer which can also include side windows.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for target object position prediction includes receiving, via an RGB camera a plurality of images depicting one or more persons positioned on a floor. A plurality of person location labels is assigned to each image indicating where the one or more persons are located relative to the floor. A foot position (FP) classifier is trained to classify the images into the person location labels, wherein the FP classifier is configured according to a multi-layer architecture and the training results in determination of a plurality of weights for connecting layers in the multi-layer architecture. A deployment of the FP classifier is created based on the multi-layer architecture, the plurality of weights, and the plurality of person location labels.

Abstract: A method and/or apparatus controls access to a digital resource. An image of a plurality of images is allowed to be selected, each of the images including one or more base lines, each of the base lines having a) non-linear sections, b) sections extending in multiple directions, or c) both non-linear sections and sections extending in multiple directions. Locations are determined where an alignment line intersects the one or more base lines in the selected image. Abstract: Controlled Payment Numbers (CPNs) which issue as a unique payment number for each transaction uniquely identify the transaction for matching the purchase and payment information. The issuance of the CPN is controlled by business rules which are designed to and effectively restrict the use of the CPN, such that if a user exceeds his authorization, a CPN is not issued. The business rules are set up according to a hierarchy of users. Further, a declining balance CPN is also provided.

Abstract: The present invention relates to pigment compositions with improved and adjustable sparkling effect comprising A) a platelet-like perlite; and B) an effect pigment; and a process for their production and their use in paints, ink-jet printing, for dyeing textiles, for pigmenting coatings (paints), printing inks, plastics, cosmetics, glazes for ceramics and glass. The pigment compositions show an improved sparkle effect; in particular an attractive high sparkle intensity.

The master index server receives an anonymized records associated with an individual from a plurality of data hashing appliances. The system includes a cluster matching engine that applies a plurality of rules to hashed data elements of the received record for comparing hashed data elements of the record with hashed data elements of a plurality of clusters of anonymized records associated with different individuals stored in the data repository to determine whether the individual associated with the received record corresponds to an individual associated with one of the clusters of anonymized records. When a match is found, the cluster matching engine adds the received record to the cluster of anonymized records associated with that individual.
