    Abstract: A buckle assembly that utilizes two molded plastic buckle constructs. The two buckle constructs are separate and distinct but are identical in size and configuration. Each of the buckle constructs has a base and two loop structures that extend as parallel cantilevers from the base. On each buckle construct, there is a gap space disposed between the loop structures. The gap space is sized to receive the loop structure from a second identical buckle construct. When two buckle constructs are brought together, the loop structures intermesh and interlock, therein mechanically joining the two buckle constructs together. A locking tab is provided in one of the loop structures on each buckle construct. The locking tab can be manually depressed to release the mechanical interconnection between the buckle constructs. The buckle constructs can then be easily separated.

The polycarbonate panel is positioned adjacent the glass panel such that a volume of space is defined therebetween, and the volume of space is filled with a flowable resin. The resin is cured to form an intermediate polymer layer between the polycarbonate panel and the glass panel. Ballistic glass may be formed using such methods. Vehicles may include such ballistic glass.

Parameters of the cell growth environment may be manipulated to load the cells into a particular position in the bioreactor for the efficient exchange of nutrients and gases. System parameters may be adjusted to shear any cell colonies that may form during the expansion phase. Metabolic concentrations may be controlled to improve cell growth and viability. Cell residence in the bioreactor may be controlled. In embodiments, the cells may include T cells. In further embodiments, the cells may include T cell subpopulations, including regulatory T cells (Tregs), for example.

Recent systems have managed eco packaging but continue to rely on synthetic non-natural fossil fuel based soaps. The inventive natural solid soaps do not require plastic or similar packaging for liquids and can be shipped as a solid bar, granules, powder, etc. and diluted very easily by the end user. Preferably the soaps are small bars that easily fit into a dispenser bottle offering versatility in concentration, lather, and thickness.
