  • Patent number: 11253658
Abstract: A personal inhaling apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes an ultrasonic personal inhaler with ultra-fine mist transducer that delivers both cool and warm mist using a heater, a face mask, a fluid supply means, and a power source including batteries and/or corded power supply. The apparatus may include a receptacle for a scented pad placed in contact with the heater. Indicators functioning in a pre-determined manner provide indication on if the device is delivering a cool mist, a warm mist, is switched-OFF, a level of charge of a power source, and a level of the fluid in the fluid supply means.

  • Patent number: 10845072
Abstract: It is an Evaporative Humidifier Air Purification combo unit performing the functions of both cool mist evaporative air humidifier as well as the air purifier. The optional attachments make it easy for the consumers to make use of any of the functions it is capable of performing. It even solves the problem of degradation of performance and material life prevalent in conventional standalone air purifier units. The evaporative humidifier is motor driven and is provided with proprietary HEPA quality nano membrane with high chemical stability, waterproof, water vapor permeability, windproof, breathable, acid and alkali resistant, anti-corrosion and anti-bacteria functions etc. membrane used in combination with humidifier cooler pads. On using the water tank, the setup performs the function of air humidifier using the air sucked from the wick using the fan and aiding the evaporation of water in the tank.

  • Patent number: 10729871
Abstract: A vapor delivery system having: a) a base unit configured to generate a supply of vapor; and b) a vapor control system configured to allow a user to selectively: a) cause vapor generated by the base unit to be discharged primarily to a surrounding space within which the base unit resides to thereby increase vapor density in the surrounding space; and b) cause vapor generated by the base unit to be discharged primarily to a vapor guide structure configured to: i) be placed operatively with respect to a user's face; and ii) guide discharging vapor generated by the base unit into at least one of the user's nose and mouth with the vapor guide structure placed operatively with respect to the user's face.

  • Publication number: 20190350334
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide systems and methods for preventing over heating by a hair drying and styling tool. The tool is equipped with a mist generator and heat sensing system. The heat sensing system based on radiometry includes a radiometric thermal sensor that senses the infrared radiations reflected from the hair being heated and communicates the level of the infrared radiations to a controlling means. When the level of the infrared radiations exceeds a predetermined level, the controlling means, further, controls the output of the hair drying tool and the mist generator. The controlling means can lower the output temperature of the hair styling tool or activates the mist generator to spray an ultra fine stream of cool water mist on hair. Thus, the temperature and moisture levels of hair are maintained, and hence, preventing damages caused by overheating to the hair and scalp.

  • Publication number: 20190350335
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provides a hair drying and styling apparatus that comprises a hair styling tool in combination with an ultrasonic mist generator. The ultrasonic mist generator includes a water tank, an ultrasonic transducer to produce water mist, a wick tube to supply water from the water tank to the transducer, and a spray manifold including a plurality of holes to spray water mist over the heated portions of the hair styling tool and the heated hair. Further, the mist generator also includes a provision to add a customized personal fragrance or cologne to the hair. Furthermore, the mist generator also includes an ion generator to provide negatively ionized water for static control and improving hair gloss and conditioning. Advantageously, the apparatus prevents the hair from over drying, and providing heat damage to hair, scalp or hands of a user/stylist by spraying cool mist during operation.

  • Patent number: 7200952
Abstract: A height measuring apparatus and a bioinstrumentation apparatus with a height measuring device are provided capable of precise measurement accuracy without being affected by an examinee and being highly convenient to assemble, handle and operate. A height detector (a transceiver and a reflector or a transmitter and a receiver having a communication conformation with a laser or ultra sonic beam) has components arranged in a movable part (a head-contact arm or a movable bar) and in a stationary part (a height measurement unit (base platform) or a fixed bar) of a telescoping height measurement bar such that a communication signal route between the parts is not blocked when an examinee is standing thereon, to obtain a height measurement by detecting the distance between the movable and stationary parts.
