The presence or absence of Influenza A in the sample is determined by nucleic acid based assays using primers and/or probes with excellent sensitivity, specificity and inclusivity for detecting Influenza A strains and/or subtypes Detection strategies may utilize loop mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) and molecular beacon hybridization.

An analysis software executable defined by a core engine executable is provided to the target computer and run on the operating system shell. The analysis software executable identifies the specific operating system that is running on the target computer and then causes one or a plurality of bash scripts which correspond to the identified operating system and which have been parsed from security setting entries from a standardized guide for desired security settings. The bash scripts then automatically assess the compliance of various aspects of the target computer system with the security setting entries, generating an output that is compatible with existing viewers for entries of standardized guides.

Abstract: A self-targeting method of automated cybersecurity analysis on an operating system on a target computer. An analysis software executable defined by a core engine executable is provided to the target computer and run on the operating system shell. The analysis software executable identifies the specific operating system that is running on the target computer and then causes one or a plurality of bash scripts which correspond to the identified operating system and which have been parsed from security setting entries from a standardized guide for desired security settings. The bash scripts then automatically assess the compliance of various aspects of the target computer system with the security setting entries, generating an output that is compatible with existing viewers for entries of standardized guides.

Abstract: Protein arrays and their use to assay, in a parallel fashion, the protein products of highly homologous or related DNA coding sequences and described. By highly homologous or related it is meant those DNA coding sequences which share a common sequence and which differ only by one or more naturally occurring mutations such as single nucleotide polymorphisms, deletions or insertions, or those sequences which are considered to be haplotypes. Such highly homologous or related DNA coding sequences are generally naturally occurring variants of the same gene. Arrays according to the invention have two or more individual proteins deposited in a spatially defined pattern on a surface in a form whereby a property such as an activity or function of the proteins can be investigated or assayed in parallel by interrogation of the array.
