The user's facial feature(s) and the reference feature may be detected in the captured image data. Image pixel data of the image may be processed to measure an aspect of the detected facial feature(s) based on the reference feature. A patient interface size may be detected from standard patient interface sizes based on a comparison between the measured aspect of the facial feature(s) and a data record relating sizing information of the standard patient interface sizes and the measured aspect of the facial feature(s).

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a method for producing bioengineered heart muscle (BHM) from pluripotent stem cells, generally comprising the steps of inducing mesoderm differentiation, cardiac differentiation, and cardiac maturation by directed tissue formation. The method is a robust, serum-free and reproducible way to produce BHM for multiple applications, and is applicable to multiple pluripotent stem cell lines. The present invention is also directed to the BHM produced by the method disclosed herein, as well as to uses of said BHM in pharmacologic and toxicity screenings, and its use in medicine.

Abstract: A system and method for structuring an online auction when a reserve price is not met are described. In an online auction, bidding activity is analyzed over a duration to determine whether there are multiple active bidders for the auction and whether the reserve price for the auction is met after a designated period of time. In response to making that determination, the bidder interface for a sole active bidder on the auction can be automatically updated to include a notification that the bid has not met the reserve price and an option to place a new bid on the item so that the auction is successful and does not end with no bids meeting the reserve.

The measurement unit has a tank interface that receives liquid level measurements for a tanker reservoir and a transfer interface that receives measurements for liquid transfers between the tanker reservoir and external liquid stores. The tanker management system has a control system that calculates the volume of liquid retained in the tanker reservoir, based on the received level measurements, and the volume of liquid exchanged with an external liquid store, based on the received measurements. The control system and measurement unit are an integrated unit within a unitary housing that includes an operator interface.
