  • Publication number: 20240156384
Abstract: A system for augmenting uterine forces includes a medical apparatus having a balloon body that transitions between a compacted state and an expanded state, a catheter that receives the medical apparatus and obtains electrical signals indicative of intrinsic uterine contractions, and a controller coupled to the catheter to receive the electrical signals, and to a source of an agent. The controller processes the electrical signals to detect an onset of an intrinsic uterine contraction, an increase in uterine contraction forces, or a decrease in uterine contraction forces. In response to a detection of an onset of an intrinsic uterine contraction or an increase in uterine contraction forces, the controller causes an agent to be delivered from the agent source to the balloon body to expand the balloon body. In response to a detection of a decrease in uterine contraction forces, the controller causes agent to discharge from the balloon body to collapse the balloon body.

  • Patent number: 11974849
Abstract: An intrauterine balloon apparatus to augment uterine birthing forces and assist fetal descent during parturition is provided. The body of the balloon apparatus begins packaged in a compressed state minimizing volume, enabling delivery through the birth canal. The apparatus is advanced to a proximal uterine location and deployed for operation by introducing a pressurized agent through its conduit, causing the body to expand and apply directional forces towards the infant and birth canal. The balloon body is shaped to apply pressures dispersed towards the infant and the bidirectional conduit enables fluid conduction as the infant descends. After the infant has successfully descended and been delivered through the birth canal, pressure within the balloon body is relieved through the conduit thereby collapsing the volume of the balloon body and enabling retraction through the birth canal.

  • Patent number: 11921500
Abstract: Technology for generating and displaying a graphical user interface for operating an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is disclosed herein that generates and updates a representation of a spline flight path. In various implementations, a graphical user interface detects user interactions with a remote control device directing the flight control subsystem of the UAV to record keyframes and to compute a spline based on the keyframes during flight. The graphical user interface displays a real-time perspective of the UAV with a representation of the spline and the keyframes overlaying the view. The graphical user interface continually updates the representation as the UAV flies and when the spline is updated as the keyframes are updated.

  • Patent number: 11853951
Abstract: An interactive digital logistics system is disclosed that receives real-time, on-demand data with immediate and same-day availability information from businesses, then displays the information for consumers to view, select, connect, and reserve the available services or products within a specified radius of their current geographical location. Businesses can accept or decline each consumer request and the interactive digital logistics system tracks the consumer's progress to the business's location. The interactive digital logistics system also tracks the progress of each request until completion and prompts both the consumer and business to rate their experience with the other party. The interactive digital logistics system then calculates an average rating for each party which is displayed in their respective profiles.

  • Publication number: 20230368527
Abstract: Systems and methods for providing scene understanding can include obtaining a plurality of images, stitching images associated with the scene, detecting objects in the scene, and providing information associated with the objects in the scene. The systems and methods can include determining filter tags or query tags that can be selected to filter the plurality of objects, which can then be provided as information to the user to provide further insight on the scene. The information may be provided in an augmented-reality experience via text or other user-interface elements anchored to objects in the images.

  • Publication number: 20230128530
Abstract: Systems and methods for detecting the presence of a burner flame using flame rectification are shown and described. A conductive flame sensor is positioned to conduct electricity to a burner flame when the burner is lit. The flame provides a conductive path to the burner conductive body and when operatively connected to an alternating current source, half-wave rectifies the current flowing to the sensor. A flame sensing circuit provides an output signal that is conditioned for use as an input to a flame indicator and/or a controller that is configured to shut off gas flow to the burner when no flame is present after an attempt at igniting the burner.

  • Patent number: 11468009
Abstract: In embodiments, secure compression algorithms are provided that may be employed as a single operation on raw data to produce compressed and encrypted data. In embodiments, the algorithms described herein may be performed using any type of dictionary based encryption. In one embodiment, upon adding a new prefix to a dictionary table, the dictionary table may be permuted to randomize the entries into the table. The randomization may be based upon a permutation value generated by a deterministic pseudo-random generator and/or pseudo-random function. Other embodiments of randomization may be employed to provide secure compression. For example, instead of permuting the entire table upon adding a prefix, the prefix may be randomly added to the table.
