  • Publication number: 20230360061
Abstract: Systems and methods for generating digital assets corresponding to physical commodities are provided. Attributes identifying a first physical commodity are used to determine environmental attributes of the first physical commodity. Based on the first physical commodity and the environmental attributes, one or more smart contracts are contacted and activated to generate digital assets. The attributes and an indication of the digital asset are used in conjunction with the smart contract to generate a correlated digital asset, which can be recorded on a digital ledger.

  • Publication number: 20220294199
Abstract: Enclosure assemblies with integrating flashing for protecting an accessory on a rooftop. The enclosure assemblies can include a base configured to protect the rooftop from water intrusion and a cover configured to be joined to the raised portion of the base. The base can include a bottom wall and a raised portion extending from the bottom wall. The base can include an uphill portion configured to be positioned beneath at least one full course of roof shingle on the rooftop, without having to cut the roof shingle. The raised portion can be disposed off-center relative to the central transverse axis of the bottom wall, leaving the uphill portion of the bottom wall uncovered.

  • Patent number: 11084508
Abstract: According to some embodiments, a railcar comprises an underframe and at least one hopper. The hopper is configured to transport a lading material. A longitudinal sliding gate assembly is coupled to the hopper and comprises: a pair of side walls coupled to a pair of end walls forming a discharge opening; a pair of tracks, one coupled to each end wall; a sliding gate slidably coupled to the pair of tracks; and a threaded drive screw coupled to the sliding gate and to the pair of side walls. Rotation of the threaded drive screw in a first direction moves the sliding gate along the tracks to an open position that permits the lading material to discharge, and rotation of the threaded drive screw in an opposite direction moves the sliding gate along the tracks to a closed position that restricts the lading material from discharging.

  • Patent number: 10234114
Abstract: An LED light module assembly for a light fixture is disclosed. The LED light module assembly includes a light source having a printed circuit board containing an LED driver and LEDs. The printed circuit board is directly attached to a mounting plate that includes a thermally conductive and radiating material. An LED cover overlies the LEDs. Spring retainer clips hold a decorative trim ring in a spaced-apart relationship from the mounting plate, creating an air gap for cooling and keeping the trim ring cool. A light diffuser lens has hooked legs that twist lock to the mounting plate and diffuses the light from the LEDs.
