  • Publication number: 20240195817
Abstract: Data communication of a user apparatus via a customer-premises equipment (CPE) is intercepted. The CPE implements a local area network for the data communication of the user apparatus. First network traffic related to a remote access software in the user apparatus is detected in the data communication. Second network traffic related to an online banking software in the user apparatus is detected in the data communication. The first network traffic and the second network traffic are determined to coincide. In response to determining that the first network traffic and the second network traffic coincide, the first network traffic related to the remote access software in the user apparatus is blocked via the CPE.

  • Publication number: 20240187433
Abstract: One or more features of a connected device are determined. A set of websites potentially accessed by the connected device are defined based on the one or more features. Reputation data for the set of websites is determined. The reputation data for the set of websites is stored into a cache. Network traffic between the connected device and an accessed website is intercepted. Reputation data for the accessed website is retrieved from the cache based on the network traffic. A cybersecurity operation related to the connected device is performed based on the reputation data for the accessed website.

  • Publication number: 20240163915
Abstract: A device described herein, such as a User Plane Function (“UPF”) of a core network or some other network element, may receive traffic associated with a first User Equipment (“UE”) and a second UE. The traffic may include a first set of packets associated with the first UE and a second set of packets associated with the second UE. The first and second packets may be received in a first sequence. The device may generate a second sequence by re-sequencing the received traffic based on Quality of Service (“QoS”) parameters associated with the traffic, such as 5G QoS Identifier (“5QI”) values. The device may generate a third sequence by re-sequencing the second sequence based on parameters associated with at least the first UE or the second UE. The device may output at least a portion of the received traffic in accordance with the third sequence.

  • Patent number: 11904644
Abstract: An inflation valve for a tubeless tire may include a valve body defining a cavity having a proximal opening and a distal opening. A valve stem extends through the cavity and includes a plug at a proximal end of the valve stem. The proximal opening of the cavity is defined by a beveled surface, and an outer diameter of the beveled surface is larger than an inner diameter of the valve body. The valve is transitionable between: a) a closed position, where a resilient surface of the plug engages the beveled surface to seal the cavity, and b) an open position, where the resilient surface of the plug is spaced from the beveled surface to unseal the cavity.

  • Publication number: 20230421472
Abstract: A device may receive network data identifying uplink/downlink packet loss percentage, uplink/downlink jitter, uplink/downlink latency, and uplink/downlink packet throughput associated with a slice of a network, and may set an uplink value for each of the uplink packet loss percentage, the uplink jitter, the uplink latency, and the uplink packet throughput. The device may multiply the uplink values by corresponding uplink weights to calculate an uplink cost, and may set a downlink value for each of the downlink packet loss percentage, the downlink jitter, the downlink latency, and the downlink packet throughput. The device may multiply the downlink values by corresponding downlink weights to calculate a downlink cost, and may calculate a total cost based on the uplink cost and the downlink cost. The device may cause another slice, with the same attributes as the slice, to be instantiated when the total cost satisfies a threshold for a time period.

  • Patent number: 11671437
Abstract: A network apparatus is configured to detect a network connection request on a platform having a hardware accelerator to process network traffic, wherein the hardware accelerator implements computing tasks related to data packets of at least part of the network traffic. The network apparatus is further configured to intercept the network traffic related to the network connection request before the start of the hardware accelerator process, to extract network connection data required by a network traffic analysis function from the network traffic, to allow the hardware accelerator to start acceleration process after the network connection data extraction has finished, and to analyse the network connection based on the extracted network connection data.

  • Publication number: 20220373056
Abstract: A suspension apparatus includes a spring piston and a spring tube body. The spring piston is slidably disposed within the spring tube body to move within the spring tube body over a travel along an axis of reciprocation. The spring piston bounds a primary positive gas spring chamber at least a first portion of a primary negative gas spring chamber. The suspension apparatus also includes a secondary negative gas spring chamber and a separator. The separator permits fluid pressure communication between the primary negative gas spring chamber and the secondary negative gas spring chamber over a first portion of the travel of the spring piston, and the separator prevents fluid pressure communication between the primary negative gas spring chamber and the secondary negative gas spring chamber over a second portion of the travel of the spring piston.
