  • Patent number: 10327944
Abstract: A dental mouthpiece for use in treating snoring or apnea of a user is used with a hook mechanism that engages with a bracket when placed in the mouth. The mouthpiece includes a tray assembly having an upper tray and a lower tray, each of the upper and lower trays having a generally U-shape member extending along any one of the user's pair of dental arches and having a cutout, the upper tray's cutout able to receive the hook mechanism and the lower tray's cutout able to receive the bracket, and an adaptable resin disposed on top surfaces of the upper and lower trays. The tray assembly is oriented to permit the adaptable resin of the upper and lower trays to contact the user's dental arches. The hook mechanism engages with the bracket to enable the dental mouthpiece to maintain an open airway in the user's mouth.

  • Patent number: 10237137
Abstract: A network (e.g., LAN/WLAN) contains individual private networks, each with an access point assistant (APA) containing an access point, web server, and other components, such as support voice interaction therewith. APAs are separated by device isolation over the LAN, but devices on each individual private network are accessible to each other directly, including cell phones, laptop computers, tablets, iPods, or other network aware devices literally owned or controlled by a guest assigned the APA at a hospitality property. The access management system assigns to an APA a bandwidth limit, which it then administers and accounts for, avoiding the classic problem of “bandwidth hogs” swamping the LAN with no accountability or control.

  • Patent number: 10029167
Abstract: A line marking apparatus, for use in a system that includes a source of a narrow beam of radiation which extends substantially horizontally along or parallel to a line to be marked, includes a wheeled chassis and a line marking head for dispensing line marking material. The marking head is supported on the chassis for lateral movement relative thereto, which movement is controlled by a controller that includes a detector which is movable with the marking head and is positioned and directed to detect such a beam of radiation, the marking head being movable together with the detector in response to a detected beam. Lateral movement of the marking head is thereby controlled such that the head and the detector substantially follow the line to be marked irrespective of whether the chassis deviates from the line direction.

  • Publication number: 20180164427
Abstract: An exemplary computer implemented digital image processing method conveys probabilities of detecting terrestrial targets from an observation aircraft. Input data defining an observation aircraft route relative to the geographical map with lines of communications (LOC) disposed thereon are received and stored as well as input data associated an aircraft sensor's targeting capabilities and attributes related to the capability of targets to be detected. Percentages of time for line-of-sight visibility from the aircraft of segments of LOC segments are determined. Probability percentages that the sensor would detect a terrestrial target on the segments are determined. The segments are color-coded with visibility and sensor detection information. A visual representation of the map with the color-coded segments is provided to enhance the ability to select appropriate observation mission factors to achieve a successful observation mission.

  • Patent number: 9967148
Abstract: The subject matter described herein includes systems, methods, and computer readable media for selective Diameter topology hiding. The system includes a Diameter agent including a network interface configured to receive, from a first Diameter node in a first service provider network, a first Diameter signaling message including Diameter topology information and a Diameter topology hiding module (THM). In some aspects, the THM is configured to determine a trust relationship between the first service provider network and a second service provider network to which the first Diameter signaling message is addressed, in response to determining that the trust relationship requires at least some level of topology hiding, determine a topology hiding type based on the first Diameter signaling message, and modify, based on the topology hiding type, the Diameter topology information included in the first Diameter signaling message to hide at least some of the Diameter topology information.
