  • Patent number: 11921500
Abstract: Technology for generating and displaying a graphical user interface for operating an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is disclosed herein that generates and updates a representation of a spline flight path. In various implementations, a graphical user interface detects user interactions with a remote control device directing the flight control subsystem of the UAV to record keyframes and to compute a spline based on the keyframes during flight. The graphical user interface displays a real-time perspective of the UAV with a representation of the spline and the keyframes overlaying the view. The graphical user interface continually updates the representation as the UAV flies and when the spline is updated as the keyframes are updated.

  • Publication number: 20240061690
Abstract: A computer-implemented method according to one embodiment includes embedding natural language processing (NLP) and/or user action capture into a browser to monitor a user's intent when navigating web page(s) within the browser. An indication of a navigation to a first web page via the browser is received and it is determined whether a first action attempted to be taken on the first web page matches the user's intent. In response to a determination that the first action attempted to be taken on the first web page does not match the user's intent, an intent-based blocking action is issued to prevent the first action on the first web page. A computer program product according to another embodiment includes a computer readable storage medium having program instructions embodied therewith. The program instructions are readable and/or executable by a computer to cause the computer to perform the foregoing method.

  • Publication number: 20230336517
Abstract: Techniques for limiting unwanted comments are described. For example, a social networking system may receive, from a first account of the social networking system, a request to post content. In some examples, the social networking system may further receive an instruction to limit an ability of certain accounts lacking a characteristic from commenting on the first account’s content. In some cases, the social networking system may receive, from a second account. Upon determining that the second account lacks the characteristic, the social networking system may refrain from sharing the comment with one or more additional users.

  • Publication number: 20230335217
Abstract: Disclosed is a configuration for determining a genotyping label composition of a target individual using direct acyclic paths. The configuration includes receiving a phased genotype of the target individual, including a first haplotype and a second haplotype. The configuration initiates a full-ethnicity hidden Markov model (HMM) including nodes with a set of ethnicity labels. The first haplotype is input to determine a first subset of ethnicity labels that match the first haplotype. The second haplotype is input to determine a second subset of ethnicity labels that match the second haplotype. The first and second subsets of ethnicity labels are combined to create a candidate subset of ethnicity labels for the target individual. The configuration initiates a simplified HMM with nodes from the candidate subset of ethnicity labels. The phased genotype of the target individual is input to the simplified HMM to determine genotyping label composition of the target individual.

  • Patent number: 11624557
Abstract: A material drying system, method, and control system therefor that provides for consistent and efficient drying of various materials is disclosed. In certain embodiments, a vacuum kiln can use various temperature measurements to reduce the chance of overheating the materials. In certain embodiments, a vacuum kiln (or a control system therefore) can use sensed information, such as the temperature differential across a platen assembly or the duty cycle of a vacuum pump, to determine when a large group of material has reached a substantially uniform dryness level. In certain embodiments, a vacuum kiln as disclosed herein can reduce checking, splitting, over-drying, and under-drying of material without requiring parameters from a user.

  • Patent number: 11506455
Abstract: A material drying system provides for consistent and efficient drying of organic materials, such as cannabis. In certain embodiments, a partial vacuum drying system is used to dry the materials and includes a container, a heating system, a depressurization system, and a control system. Air in the container is heated to within a range of temperatures and a low vacuum is applied to assist with evaporation. In addition, the volume flow rate of air pulled out of the container is monitored and maintained at a predetermined rate, which pulls moisture away from the materials so as to prevent degradation of the materials during the drying process while also reducing drying time. A relatively high air volume flow rate is maintained at low pressure by adjusting the area of an opening in the chamber.
