  • Publication number: 20200223040
Abstract: A tool for use with Quick Release (QR) fasteners, and related methods and kits. The tool generally includes an elongate main body with a fastener-receiving area. The fastener-receiving area is configured to simultaneously support the head of the QR fastener and depress the button of the QR fastener. The fastener-receiving area includes a slot that is distally and downwardly open, two shoulders that bound the slot, and a ventral surface. The QR fastener is inserted into the slot so that the head of the QR fastener rests on the first and second shoulders, the collar portion of the QR fastener extends through the slot, and the ventral surface depresses the button of the QR fastener. With the button depressed in this fashion, the retention feature of the QR fastener is released, which allows the worker to manipulate the QR fastener by moving the tool.

  • Patent number: 10712866
Abstract: A system and method for autonomously scanning a sensor panel device is disclosed. A sensor panel processor can be disabled after a first predetermined amount of time has elapsed without the sensor panel device sensing any events. One or more system clocks can also be disabled to conserve power. While the processor and one or more system clocks are disabled, the sensor panel device can periodically autonomously scan the sensor panel for touch activity. If one or more results from the autonomous scans exceed a threshold, the sensor panel device re-enables the processor and one or more clocks to actively scan the sensor panel. If the threshold is not exceeded, the sensor panel device continues to periodically autonomously scan the sensor panel without intervention from the processor. The sensor panel device can periodically perform calibration functions to account for any drift that may be present in the system.

  • Publication number: 20200213323
Abstract: Some embodiments of the invention provide a program for recovering access to a service associated with an account. The program provides a login credential to log into the account to receive the associated service. Next, the program receives an access continuation parameter (ACP) after logging into the account. The program then accesses the service and receives a rejection of a subsequent access to the service. The program then provides the ACP in lieu of the login credential to continue to receive the service.

  • Publication number: 20200193239
Abstract: Systems and methods for enhanced classification of sequences of objects based on clique similarity and metadata associated with the sequences are presented. Sequences are received. Events are detected based on analyzing k-skip-n-grams included in the sequences. For each event of the detected plurality of events, a graph is generated. The graph for a particular event includes z-cliques that correspond to portions of the k-skip-n-grams that are included in the sequences that are associated with the particular event. A first sequence, which is separate from the other sequences, is received. The first sequence includes a first plurality of k-skip-n-grams. A trained classifier is employed to classify the first sequence as being associated with a first event of the detected events. Classifying the first sequence is based on a comparison between the first plurality of k-skip-n-grams and the z-cliques of the graph that is generated for the first event.

  • Patent number: 10664095
Abstract: A device that can autonomously scan a sensor panel is disclosed. Autonomous scanning can be performed by implementing channel scan logic. In one embodiment, channel scan logic carries out many of the functions that a processor would normally undertake, including generating timing sequences and obtaining result data; comparing scan result data against a threshold value (e.g., in an auto-scan mode); generating row count; selecting one or more scanning frequency bands; power management control; and performing an auto-scan routine in a low power mode.

  • Publication number: 20200064008
Abstract: A single-package, wall-mount air conditioner is provided with an economizer unit having a pair of vertical conduits for delivering fresh outside air to a pair of blowers and a damper system that can be selectively positioned to open and close the conduits. The damper system also opens and closes return air recirculation openings through which return air is delivered to the blowers. When the air conditioner is operating in an economizer cooling mode, the return air recirculation openings are partially or completely closed and some or all of the return air is discharged outwardly and upwardly from the air conditioner in a manner to impede any entrainment of the discharged return air with the fresh outside air that is entering the air conditioner.
