Abstract: An apparatus for hanging decorations comprising a first member comprising at least one notch, a neck proximal the at least one notch, and a clip coupled to the neck. The clip may comprise a first prong and a second dual-layer prong, the second dual-layer prong configured such that at least a portion of the first prong fits within the channel between the first and second layers of the second dual-layer prong and forms a substantially round structure configured to house a decoration therein. The apparatus further comprises a second member extending from the neck and forming an acute angle relative to the first member, the second member comprising at least one notch, an adapter handle coupled to the second member, the adapter handle positioned substantially parallel to the first member, and a hook comprising a notch, the hook coupled to the second member and the adapter handle.

Abstract: A locking tree stand comprising a basin with a plurality of bolt mounts configured to accommodate locking bolts to slide into position. When a tab on the bolt mount is closed a threaded portion of the locking bolt comes in contact with a grip on the tab, preventing the bolt from sliding freely within the bolt mount. The bolt may slide on the thread base where a spring extends from, causing an arm from the spring to push the tab away from the locking bolt, when a locking tab is in an unlocked position. A foot pad may also be attached to the locking screw to provide a greater contact surface between the locking bolt and the trunk of a tree. The footpad may also include a plurality of nubs to provide greater grip between the footpad and the tree trunk.

Abstract: A system and method for securing a cable with decorative lights to an existing cable is disclosed. An outdoor lighting clip which comprises a curve and annular portion for securing two cables in proximity to each other. In use, the annular portion has a slot which may be secured over a first cable such that the clip hangs from the first cable. A second cable may then be hung on the curve of the clip, such that the first cable and second cable remain in proximity to each other. This allows the second cable to have lighting decorations hanging without sagging in the middle of cable and without the cable needing to be in tension between two anchor points. Many lighting decorations include a loop on their cable for hanging from hooks, and this clip is compatible with allowing the second cable to hang from the clip by the loop.

Abstract: Disclosed is a support clip that may be affixed to a variety of surfaces and objects and able to support a decoration. The support clip generally comprises two coiled ends connected by an arcuate body portion, with a support hook extending from the body portion. The coiled ends may include textured surfaces such as a plurality of ridges to improve grip and prevent the support clip from decoupling when the weight of a decoration is added. A variety of types, quantities, and orientations of support hooks are used in different embodiments of the support clip to enable a user to hang multiple or different types of decorations. The support clip is configured such that the flexural rigidity of any appropriate material causes the structure to couple in a vise-like manner to a variety of surfaces, for example the mantel of a fireplace, without additional fasteners.
