  • Publication number: 20160341629
Abstract: A vibrating machine is provided that includes a condition-monitoring device that has a first vibrating body supported flexibly in relation to a second vibrating body or a base, a first exciter that produces a targeted vibration behavior of the vibrating machine or the vibrating body. The condition-monitoring device has at least one first micro-electro-mechanical device in the form of an inertial sensor with at least three acceleration sensors and at least three yaw-rate sensors.

  • Publication number: 20150300557
Abstract: A filter holder for receiving filter cassettes (19) and a method for sterilizing the filter are provided. The filter holder has first and second parallel plates (3, 4). The first plate (3) is fixed and the second plate (4) is movable along at least one rail (2) by a drive (7, 9) so that the filter cassettes (19) can be clamped between the plates (3, 4) with a predefined clamping pressure. The drive (7, 9) is designed to be removable. The at least one rail (2) has at least one tension rod (5) with a spring clamping element (6) so that the first and second plates (3, 4) can be clamped with a pre-definable pressure against the filter cassettes (19).

  • Publication number: 20140162338
Abstract: The invention relates to a special plasma source designated as a plasma intractor (PI) for producing a cold, homogeneous plasma under atmospheric pressure conditions, which plasma source can be used advantageously to excite and control reactive processes in flowing media. The device according to the invention is characterized in that the device comprises at least 6 elongated electrodes (2) and a molded body (1) made of insulating material, the molded body (1) being provided with an elongated cylindrical cavity (7) and with additional holes, which are guided parallel to the cavity (7) and arranged symmetrical to the axis of the cavity and equidistant to one another, and the electrodes (2) are embedded in holes of the molded body (1) and are connected to an AC high-voltage supply in such a way that the polarities of respective adjacent electrodes are opposite in each phase of the voltage period.

  • Patent number: 8720858
Abstract: Diaphragm valve having a valve body with an inlet and an outlet, a sealing membrane, and a connecting piece connecting the sealing membrane to a pressure piece of a drive. The valve body, the sealing membrane and the connecting piece are rigidly connected together to form an interchangeable, sealed valve body unit that can be connected to the drive. The connecting piece is molded on the sealing membrane, and the valve body and the sealing membrane are welded ultrasonically to one another.
