    Abstract: Embodiments of a user equipment (UE), an access node and a slice-based handover method are provided. In an embodiment of the method, a service request is sent from a UE to an access node. Multiple candidate slice instances provided by cells of the access node and its neighbor nodes that support the service request are then selected. Various measurement objects with respect to each candidate slice instance are measured and a measurement report is sent to the access node by the UE. A target cell with at least one slice instance that supports the service request is decided from the candidate slice instances according to the measurement report. Finally, a control command is sent to the UE by the access node to configure a connection between the UE and the target cell.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a sequence, a technique platform, and a method for in vitro detecting Clostridium difficile ribotype 027. The technology platform includes a pair of primers specific to C. difficile ribotype 027 and used for polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and primer sets as well as materials demanded for multiplex-PCR. The method comprises steps of obtaining a specimen DNA, in vitro amplifying the specimen DNA by the primer sets to detect whether the specimen is matched to characteristics of a target sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1. Specimen having a sequence matching to characteristics indicates that it comprises C. difficile ribotype 027. Accordingly, the present invention can achieve the aim at quickly confirming whether the specimen contains ribotype 027 strains.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for producing ?-aminobutyric acid by fermenting a rice medium from the preparation of a Cordyceps species and the application thereof. Firstly, water and an appropriate amount of rice medium are mixed together to form a fermentation broth. Secondly, add lactic acid bacteria to the fermentation broth. Then, the fermentation broth is fermented by both of the Cordyceps species retained in the rice medium and the lactic acid bacteria. Consequently, the ?-aminobutyric acid is produced. Moreover, the fermentation broth prepared by this method can be applied to a health food or drink.
