    Abstract: ePDCCH may be provided. For example, a WTRU may receive a configuration for monitoring an ePDCCH resource. Based on the configuration, the WTRU may be configured to monitor and may monitor the ePDCCH resource on a particular subframe. Additionally, a WTRU may derive an aggregation level for a subframe associated with an aggregation level number NAL. The WTRU may transmit or monitor an ePDCCH using the aggregation level associated with the NAL for the subframe. A WTRU may also receive a reference signal. The WTRU may then determine the type of reference signal received. The WTRU may perform a demodulation of the PDSCH or ePDCCH using a demodulation timing based on the determined type. The ePDCCH or PDSCH may also be monitored or received by identifying a demodulation reference timing implicitly based on a location of one or more ePDCCH resources where the WTRU may receive DCI.

A WTRU may receive a first downlink data transmission, for example, via a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH). The WTRU may determine to send a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) acknowledgment (ACK) in response to receipt of the first downlink data transmission. The WTRU may transmit a first uplink reference signal. The WTRU may indicate the HARQ-ACK using a first cyclic shift index that is applied to the first uplink reference signal. The WTRU may determine to send a HARQ negative ACK (HARQ-NACK), for example, on a condition that a second downlink data transmission is not correctly received. The WTRU may send a second uplink reference signal. The WTRU may indicate the HARQ-NACK using a second cyclic shift that is applied to the second uplink reference signal.

    Abstract: Methods, apparatuses, systems, etc., directed to performing positioning of a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) while it is in idle mode and/or inactive mode (collectively “idle/inactive mode”) in NR are disclosed herein. Performing positioning, including positioning measurement and/or reporting, in idle/inactive mode may allow for increased positioning accuracy and/or decreased latency of location determination. In various embodiments, a WTRU in idle/inactive mode may transmit a positioning measurement report in various ways, including (i) in a Random-Access Channel (RACH) preamble; (ii) appended to a RACH preamble; and/or (iii) in a Physical Uplink Shared Channel. In various embodiments, a WTRU in idle/inactive mode may transmit uplink-based positioning related reference signals. In various embodiments, a WTRU in an idle/inactive mode may transmit, over a dedicated physical channel, (e.g., downlink) positioning measurement reports and/or reference signals (RSs) for uplink positioning measurements.

On a condition that at least one measurement of at least one beam associated with the first subset of SS blocks is less than a predetermined threshold, the WTRU may transmit, to a base station (BS), a signal indicating a second BTA that is associated with a second subset of SS blocks.     Abstract: Systems, methods, and instrumentalities are disclosed for physical (PHY) layer multiplexing of different types of traffic in 5G systems. A device may receive a communication. The communication may include a first traffic type. The device may monitor the communication for an indication that the communication includes a second traffic type that is multiplexed with and/or punctures the first traffic type. An indicator received in the communication and detected by the monitoring may indicate where the second traffic type is located in the communication. The first traffic type and the second traffic type may be multiplexed at a resource element (RE) level. For example, a first traffic type may be punctured by a second traffic type at the RE level. The device may decode one or more of the first or second traffic types in the communication based on the indication.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatus for wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) power control are described. A method includes receiving a time domain resource allocation (TDRA) list configuration including entries, each including a resource allocation that includes a slot offset value. L1 signaling is received indicating a minimum slot offset value. Downlink control information (DCI) is decoded on a physical downlink control channel in a slot. An index is obtained from the decoded DCI, identifying an entry in the TDRA list. A particular slot offset value identified by the index is retrieved from the TDRA list and compared with the minimum slot offset value. If the particular slot offset value is less than the minimum slot offset value, the entry is invalid. If the particular slot offset value is greater than or equal to the minimum slot offset value, a physical downlink shared channel is received.

    Abstract: A method implemented by a Wireless Transmit/Receive Unit (WTRU) includes receiving a DeModulation Interference Measurement (DM-IM) resource, determining an interference measurement based on the DM-IM resource, and demodulating a received signal based on the interference measurement. An interference is suppressed based on the interference measurement. At least one DM-IM resource is located in a Physical Resource Block (PRB). The DM-IM resource is located in a PRB allocated for the WTRU. The DM-IM resource is a plurality of DM-IM resources which form a DM-IM pattern, and the DM-IM pattern is located on a Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) and/or an enhanced Physical Downlink Shared Channel (E-PDSCH) of at least one Long Term Evolution (LTE) subframe. The DM-IM resources are different for different Physical Resource Blocks (PRB) in the LTE subframe. The DM-IM is located in a Long Term Evolution (LTE) Resource Block (RB), and the DM-IM pattern is adjusted.

    Abstract: Systems, devices, and methods for operating in an unlicensed band are disclosed herein. In one example, a device may receive configuration information that includes a maximum channel occupancy time (MCOT) and a plurality of parameters including a plurality of transmission opportunity windows (TOWs). Based on the configuration information, the device may split a transmission into a plurality of bursts that may be grouped into sets of bursts based on how many bursts fit within a TOW. The number of bursts in a set of bursts may be less than or equal to the MCOT. The device may perform a clear channel assessment (CCA) to determine if the channel is busy and to determine a start time within the TOW for the bursts. The device may then transmit the set of bursts for that TOW, where each burst may have a burst indicator (BI).

The WTRU may determine a RB offset value for the WTRU based on a WTRU-ID modulo the maximum RB offset value, where the maximum value for the RB offset value may be based on at least one of the number of the scheduled RBs and the PT-RS density. The WTRU may then transmit or receive a signal with PT-RS based on the RB offset value.

A wireless device may transmit a first buffer status report (BSR) and a second BSR in a medium access control (MAC) protocol data unit (PDU) to a first base station. Also, the second BSR may be associated with second data for transmission to the first base station from the wireless device.
