Abstract: A waste collection bag may be used by an autonomous cleaning robot (e.g., an autonomous vacuum) to store waste during a plurality of cleaning processes. The waste bag comprises a waste bag, a waste collection sachet, and an absorbent. The waste bag has a first side and a second side, where the first side has an opening for waste to enter, and is composed of filtering material. The waste collection enclosed sachet has a first side and a second side that connect to form a cavity. The waste collection enclosed sachet is tethered to the second side of the waste bag and is composed of dissolvable paper. The absorbent may absorb liquid waste and is located inside the cavity of the waste collection enclosed sachet.

Abstract: Techniques are provided for installing patches using a jail. In an example, a computing node boots from a first partition and then mounts a second partition. The computing node can install an upgrade image for an operating system on the second partition. The computing node can then create a jail that sets the mount point of the second partition as the apparent root directory, and install one or more patches within the jail. The computing node can then reboot from the patched and upgraded operating system of the second partition. In this manner, the node can be upgraded with an operating system and one or more patches, while being rebooted once.

Abstract: Techniques are provided for installing multiple patches during upgrades. In an example, an administrator specifies an upgrade image and multiple patches for a computing cluster. The computing cluster verifies compatibility between the upgrade image and the patch, registers the patch, and stores the patch for later use at the cluster level. This compatibility check can include a check that multiple patches do not write to the same file. Then, at the node level, the upgrade image and the patch are applied to each node that is upgraded.

The harness is to be worn over the shoulders and includes pockets protruding from users chest and a mechanical cellphone holder with a tilt function located respectfully under users ear providing user ability to talk on cellphone without holding. Abstract: The subject matter disclosed herein provides methods for authenticating a voter's identity using an electronic polling device. The method may search a plurality of voter profiles for a desired voter profile associated with a voter. The searching may be based on at least the voter's name or an associated voter ID. The method may display the desired voter profile which may include at least an image of the voter and an image of the voter's signature. The method may receive confirmation information from the voter. The method may compare the received confirmation information and a physical likeness of the voter with the desired voter profile to enable an authentication of the voter based on the comparing. The searching, displaying, receiving, comparing, and authenticating may be performed by at least one processor in an electronic polling device. Abstract: An apparatus for providing dorsiflexion assistance in an orthotic device having ankle and foot sections joined by a hinge connection. The orthotic device may be, for example, an ankle foot orthotic or a night splint. The apparatus includes an elastic member, such as an elastomeric strap, having a first end that is attached to an upper portion of the ankle section of the orthotic device, and a cable that connects a second end of the elastic member to the foot section of the device at a position that is spaced anteriorly from the hinge connection, so that tension supplied by the elastic member creates dorsiflexion torque about the hinge connection. A tension adjuster is provided to allow the amount of torque to be adjusted to meet individual needs. An optional cable guard protects the cable from interference, and can also be used as a cable stop that effectively increases dorsiflexion force to compensate for loss of tension due to shortening of the elastic member upon dorsiflexion.
