The electronic mail interface includes a message preview element for each electronic mail message. Each message preview element includes an interface element for causing performance of the action for each electronic mail message.

Abstract: A subassembly for adsorbing hydrocarbons with an air intake system of a motor vehicle is provided. The subassembly includes a plurality of stacked layers constructed of a hydrocarbon adsorbing material. The plurality of stacked layers includes at least one lowermost layer and an uppermost layer. The at least one lowermost layer includes a solid shape within an outer boundary. The at least one lowermost layer is adapted for attachment to a component of the air intake system. The uppermost layer includes an opening such that the uppermost layer provides access from an upper side of the subassembly to the at least one lowermost layer through the opening for attaching the subassembly to the component.

Abstract: Methods, systems and devices for locating a wireless identity transmitter with a central server connected with one or more proximity broadcast receivers, such as stationary receivers or mobile devices operating as wireless receivers. The wireless identity transmitter may be a compact device configured to broadcast messages, such as through Bluetooth® advertisements, including an identification code. When within proximity, a proximity broadcast receiver may receive broadcast messages from the wireless identity transmitter and relay location information along with the wireless identity transmitter's identification code to a central server as sighting messages. The proximity broadcast receiver's own location may provide an approximate location for the wireless identity transmitter. The central server may process sighting messages, which may include signal strength information, to accurately locate the wireless identity transmitter.

Abstract: A system and a method which include one or more processors, a memory coupled to at least one of the processors, a communication link coupled to the memory, and a power management unit. The power management unit may be configured to detect an inactive state of at least one of the processors. The power management unit may be configured to disable the communication link at a time after the processor enters the inactive state, and disable the memory at another time after the processor enters the inactive state.

Abstract: A system for automated high throughput presentation of an ear of corn for image acquisition and evaluation is provided. The ear evaluation system may include an image acquisition system for acquiring an image of the ear of corn. An ear staging system may be configured for coordinating timing and movement of the ear of corn through the image acquisition system. The ear evaluation system may define a mobile structure. Thereby the mobile structure may be driven or towed over rows of corn in order to acquire images of the corn substantially simultaneously with picking the ears of corn. Accordingly, image data relating to ears of corn may be obtained in a rapid manner. A method for high throughput presentation of a plurality of ears of corn for image acquisition and evaluation is also provided.

Abstract: Connectivity is tested using different locations and contexts selected from different possible failure zones. The failure zones may include: client failure zones; Internet failure zones; and online service failure zones. The results relating to different connectivity tests performed using the different failure zones are correlated and analyzed in an attempt to determine a root cause of the connectivity issue. For example, the root cause may be determined to be a configuration problem of the client, a problem with the client's networking equipment, an ISP problem, an Internet backbone problem; a problem of the online service, and the like. Different contexts may also be used when performing the tests. These results may be compared to the other connectivity test results. The results from the tests may be provided to the client experiencing the problem. Aggregated test results may also be used to detect service wide issues and trigger an alert.

In one aspect, a method includes generating, by one or more servers belonging to a first domain and for a request, a personalized landing page that includes the personalized landing page data, wherein the landing page belongs to the first domain, and the landing page includes at least one link to a resource of the first party that belongs to the second domain; and providing, by the one or more servers, the personalized landing page to the user device, wherein the personalized landing page, when processed by the user device, generates a personalized landing page environment that belongs to the first domain.

Abstract: An electronic device with a display, processor(s), and memory displays a video monitoring user interface on the display with a plurality of user interface elements associated one or more recognized activities. The electronic device detects a user input selecting a respective user interface element from the plurality of user interface elements in the video monitoring user interface, the respective user interface element being associated with a respective event category of the one or more recognized event categories. In response to detecting the user input, the electronic device displays an editing user interface for the respective event category on the display with a plurality of animated representations in a first region of the editing user interface, where the plurality of animated representations correspond to a plurality of previously captured motion events assigned to the respective event category.

Abstract: A toner cartridge according to one example embodiment includes a housing that defines a reservoir for containing toner. An exit port in fluid communication with the reservoir faces downward on the front of the housing near a first side. A toner delivery system for transferring toner from the reservoir includes a main interface gear exposed on the front of the housing near the top of the second side. A rearward facing opening is exposed at the rear of the housing near the first side of the housing for receiving a first engagement feature in an image forming device. A forward facing opening is exposed at the front of the housing near the first side of the housing for receiving a second engagement feature in the image forming device. The forward facing opening overlaps with the rearward facing in a side-to-side dimension of the housing.

Abstract: A shelf unit includes a base frame having first and second shelf brackets, lengthwise supports extending from the first shelf bracket to the second shelf bracket and widthwise strips extending between the lengthwise supports. A plurality of shelf skins are spaced apart from each other and mounted to the base frame. Each shelf skin surrounds at least a portion of a top, a bottom and a front of the base frame so that a portion of each widthwise strip of the base frame is exposed between the shelf skins.

Abstract: A gaming system for conducting a wagering game displays images having dynamically changing shapes. In one embodiment, a display device displays a screen for a wagering game. The screen presents a first image that follows a first spline. The first spline is defined by one or more curves passing through a first set of control points. A processor determines a second set of control points to define a second spline for the first image. The screen displays the first image transitioning from following the first spline to following the second spline. The screen may present a graphical interaction involving the first image, and the processor is configured to determine the second set of control points in response to the graphical interaction. The graphical interaction may occur between the first image and a second image. Alternatively, an input from a player causes the graphical interaction with the first image.

Opposing mating portions of front and back panels of the assembly or system are fused or welded together to form outer boundary and interior joints where the front and back panels are welded together. The front and back panels are spaced apart at their first and second ends to define first and second speaker compartments, respectively, separated by a central compartment. A speaker unit is positioned in each of the speaker compartments. The speaker compartments are acoustically isolated from one another by the interior joints to improve the sound quality.

Abstract: Apparatus, such as can be included in an electronic device, performs a method for operating apparatus configured for combined vibratory and projection functions. The apparatus includes a mirror configured to reflect a projected image and a motor. The mirror is coupled as a counterweight to the motor to configure the apparatus for a vibratory function. The motor is further configured to translate and rotate the mirror about a first axis to align the mirror with a projector to reflect the projected image during a projection function.

Abstract: Systems and methods for communicating with a plurality of networked sensors include identifying at least one class of networked sensors of the plurality of networked sensors, broadcasting a virtual network identifier to advertise the availability of the at least one class of networked sensors, directing a device attempting to access a network identified by the virtual network identifier to a splash page where a user can subscribe to information from the one or more classes of network sensors, and providing sensor data from the network sensors to a subscribed user.

Abstract: A computer system for collecting, securing, storing, retrieving, and disposing data includes an input that receives data from one or more data capture devices, a staging server, a data storage system, and a presentation system. The data capture devices may capture data and transmit it to the staging server via the input. The staging server encrypts the data and transmits it to the data storage system. The data storage system is configured to store the data for a predetermined retention period, and if the data has a legal hold, the data storage system will safely secure the data until the hold is lifted. The presentation system is configured to communicate with the data storage system to request and access data for an authorized user.
