Abstract: An exerciser includes a mechanical unit having a first mechanical member and a second mechanical member operable by one part of the body of a human being, a speed-controllable power drive having a first connection end and a second connection end respectively connected to the first mechanical member and the second mechanical member and being drivable by a power source to move the second mechanical member in making a first action and a second action relative to the first mechanical member, and an induction control unit having a first sensor set installed in the mechanical unit and a second sensor set installed in the speed-controllable power drive for controlling the operation of the speed-controllable power drive.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a graphics/video processor includes a memory controller. The memory controller includes a first arbiter that receives memory client requests to access a memory device, and a first memory buffer coupled to the first arbiter. The first arbiter stores client requests that are selected by the first arbiter. The memory controller also includes a second arbiter coupled to the first memory buffer and a second memory buffer coupled to the second arbiter. The second arbiter receives requests from the memory client requests stored in the first memory buffer. The second memory buffer stores the client requests selected by the second arbiter. Further, the memory controller includes a third arbiter coupled to the second memory buffer. The third arbiter provides access of the memory device to the client requests stored in the second memory buffer.

The hook piece consists of a hook body and an anti-slip piece; the hook body consists of a pulling part and a connecting part; the pulling part is a flat surface, the connecting part extends out from one side of the pulling part in the direction that is perpendicular to the pulling part; the anti-slip piece is adhered onto the inside surface of the pulling part; and magnetic pieces are attached to the outside surface of the pulling part. Therefore, during the measuring process, both the anti-slip piece and the magnetic pieces may help keeping the hook plate of the measuring tape attaching to the object of measure and hence the tape does not slip off from the object of measure easily.

Abstract: A measuring tape device with improved carriage apparatuses of present invention comprises of a casing; a coiled measuring tape that is located inside the casing; one end of the measuring tape must be extended outside of the casing for taking measurement; a control mechanism that locks or releases the measuring tape is set on one end of the casing; and a side-clip component; the invention is characterized in that: the device has a protective element that is set at the front end of the casing, such protective element can prevent injury to user's finger during the retracting motion of the measuring tape, and the device may also be hanged onto a wall when it is not in use; the side-clip component is located at the top circumference surface of the casing, such that the side-clip can be assembled on either side of the casing to accommodate for both left-handed or right-handed users.

The device also comprises of a stopper, it consists of an end that is positioned on the linear portion of tape, and an actuator that is connected to the end portion by a linkage part. The actuator is extruded outside and is settled at the surface of the casing. The device includes a hinge joint for fixating the stopper inside the casing and for allowing the stopper to rotate, and an elastic member placed between the casing and the linkage portion.

The hook hanging portion of measuring tape contains at least one space, inside the space, there is an absorbing member which can be easily detached from the hook plate by people without using a hand tool.

Abstract: A one way wheel assembly of the present invention includes a first wheel, a second wheel, and a telescoping device pivotally connected to the first wheel and the second wheel respectively. The telescoping device provides a tolerance that first wheel may move toward the second wheel and touch it. So that, when the first wheel is moved along a direction, away from the second wheel, the first wheel will draw the second wheel through the telescoping device. On the contrary, when the first wheel is moved along an opposite direction, toward the second wheel, the first wheel will touch the second wheel and cause a jam to stop both of the wheels.

Abstract: A construction for loosing prevention and position fixing of rule tape of tape ruler comprises a main housing having a handle formed at its upper end, and a wound rule tape for measurement is installed in the main housing. The free end of said rule tape is attached with a buckle ring and there is installed with a magnetic element adjacent to said buckle, so as to absorb said buckle ring be located at a fix position and prevent the generation of pulling force due to the weight of buckle ring, the rule tape then would not be loosen; in addition, there is a fixing element installed in the main housing, in measuring the distance between two objects, the fixing element is taken apart off main housing in advance, and then the fixing element is stickled into a position to be measured, afterwards, the buckle ring at the free end of rule tape is mounted onto the fixing element to fix the end of rule tape at a designated position. Thus the measurement can be achieved by only one people.

Abstract: Disclosed is an improved tape ruler, comprising mainly a hollow housing constructed by two parts (the left and the right) to form a space for other components to place in, a roller of ruler blade placed in said space, two interiorly protruding axis tubes respectively set on the middle of the left and the right parts of the housing, two supplementary tubes of different materials set on the interiors of said axis tubes, two protruding tubes that match said axis tubes, two sleeves of different materials further mounted onto said protruding tubes. Said protruding tubes are respectively coupled up with said two axis tubes, allowing the roller to rotate in said space. One rolling spring is placed inside said roller, with one end of it reaching out from an arsis post that extends from the housing inside one of said protruding tubes, and the other end connected with the end of said ruler blade. There is also one other strip-shaped exit formed the tip of the tape.
