The composition may be used in methods of administration of Salvia officinalis before exercise. The composition may also be administered with thermogenic substances before exercise or before consuming a meal to improve a person's response to thermogenesis.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and media for identifying areas of outbound roaming on a wireless network are disclosed. A roaming-network event record listing roaming events of subscribers of a home network is received. A home-network event record listing network events on a home network is also received. The two records are correlated to identify roaming events and network events having matching caller identifiers and time stamps within a predetermined range. Location data of a network event is adopted as location data for a matching roaming event. A home-network wireless-communications antenna, tower, or station having a service area in which a concentration of roaming events have occurred is identified. The distance of the roaming events from the antenna is determined and distance bands corresponding to that distance are plotted on a map to aid in identifying locations at which outbound roaming has occurred.

Abstract: A nasal cannula assembly is disclosed having a face mount part, in use resting against a user's face, which includes at least one nasal prong capable of being fitted into a person's nares. The cannula assembly also includes a manifold part, in fluid communication with the face mount part, having a single horizontal side gases entry. In particular, this cannula assembly is for supplying heated, humidified gases to a patient suffering from COPD. A tie or lanyard is disclosed for use with a breathing assistance apparatus such as a nasal cannula, face or nasal mask or tracheostomy connector. The tie or lanyard transfers the weight of the conduits supplying gases to the breathing assistance apparatus from the breathing assistance apparatus and distributes it onto the neck of the patient.

A mobile device is restricted to use of home-network systems when a first parameter value is received. The mobile device is permitted to use home-network and roaming-network systems when a second parameter value is received. Thus, the mobile device can only roam when the second parameter value has been communicated thereto.

Abstract: What is disclosed is a method of operating a wireless communication device. The method includes receiving home wireless access to communication services over a first wireless communication mode from a home wireless access node associated with a first wireless system identifier, and determining availability of roaming wireless access over a second wireless communication mode from a roaming wireless access node. The method also includes processing the first wireless system identifier to determine a first geographic group associated with the home wireless access node, and determining a network rescan timer for the roaming wireless access over the second wireless communication mode based on the first geographic group and the availability of the roaming wireless access.

In embodiments, a mobile device is assigned an initial frame error rate. At the base station, a modified frame error rate that matches the desired frame error rate is associated with the mobile device.

The processing system is configured to store in a memory system data that associates a geographic identifier, a pseudo network signal of a first wireless communication network, and a wireless communication channel of a second wireless communication network. A wireless device storing one or more lists of preferred roaming partners is configured to receive configurations messages from the access networks associated with each of the preferred roaming partners. The wireless device parses the configurations messages and extracts load information from fields included the configuration messages. A load value of each preferred roaming partner is calculated based on the extracted load information. The wireless device selects the preferred roaming partner having the lowest load value to initiate wireless communication over the access network corresponding to the selected preferred roaming partner.
